Staff were very friendly, and every question I had or requested was responded to. I was traveling with my dog so they upgraded my room so I was on the first floor. Thank you, it was very nice and appreciated. I don't go far without my dog, so I would have had to cancel my stay.

The man that was in the lobby in the morning who was definitely on drugs. Security was there but still felt uneasy. It's everywhere in the city but I'm from the country so I was very unsettled.

Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cool and no smell. Had all amenities but the hair drier in Rm 463 kept shutting off - over-heating on 'hi' speed. Lots of lighting options, lots of great plug in and USB plug options! Very convenient. LOVED that Denny's and CHOP Steakhouse were directly attached to the hotel. Made for easy eating at beginning and end of very long days without having to travel to a restaurant by uber/cab. Was a treat! Also the housekeeping staff on Floor 4 were exceptionally helpful and nice to speak with. Always acknowledging us when we passed in the halls.

Could've used a fridge in Rm 163 + 463 - Rm 263 had one which was great. Better hair drier in room 463. Also the ice-machine on Floor 4 did not give ice. Had to go to Floor 2. Rm 263 thought people were trying to come in to the room in the night, but realized it was people coming in/out of the emergency stair exit door just outside.

We enjoyed that William made check in super easy and it was really nice that the front desk receptionists made My daughter a little birthday gift basket. The rooms were very clean and well put together. The beds were comfy! The pool area was nice.

Being on the top floor all I could hear was the rain hitting the roof all night. It wasn't the worst thing and obviously not something the hotel can necessarily do anything about but that's all we found to be unpleasant.

It was comfortable and convenient. Roomy for my family

I was only concerned with the pool being a bit of a walk away, when there was an easy way of just making it direct to the pool - a bigger pool with chairs, or at least chairs to sit.

Very comfortable rooms; relatively clean; free airport shuttle that was on time; coffee service in the lobby; secure room access on upper floors; close to a cute restaurant (The Tavern);

there was one undesirable individual that was staying there that almost vandalized my sister's car while she was dropping me off

I really enjoyed my stay here! We stayed for 5 nights. It was my daughters bdays one if the nights we were there and we had a minor issue with the room we were in and they were very accommodating. Moved us to a beautiful room and my daughter had a great birthday! On my second last night there I found out a family member had passed and I was devastated and felt like staying another night. They were great with letting me keep the same room at a great price! I will definitely be staying there again!

spacious room. attentive service of the manager on addressing an issue on check-in - quick positive action taken to address and rectify the situation. Lots of secure parking and restaurants on site - close proximity to the airport and city centre.

Everything was amazing except the loudness of the air conditioner unit, it was extremely loud. This would prevent me from staying again.

The location and hotel and staff are amazing, but it is not amazing when the air conditioner is so loud you can't sleep :(

The location was great, nice staff and quiet area. We loved the stay.

Small TV, no light in one of the lamps (in the living area) shower faucet kinda too slow, and the toilet was always running till we move the tab. Other then all this,

It’s pet friendly with a good airport shuttle. The area is convenient for the airport. The Denny’s is great for breakfast. The staff is awesome
