The hotel was beautiful, until I got to the bathroom in my suite. Everything was renovated except the tub and surround and the bathroom counter. Don’t understand why you wouldn’t go all the way. The bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke. The door to the hallway was not soundproof and neither was the door that joined the suite next door. I could hear everything the couple were saying quite clearly. Other than that everything was beautiful.

Thankful there was a shuttle to and from airport available every half hour, lots of parking for extended parking for a fee. Airport a short distance from hotel. Comfortable very clean rooms with comfortable bed. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave were available in room. Nice sitting area in lobby with coffee and tea availble. Has a snack bar in lobby as well. Very friendly staff.

Parking for extended stay was a walk away from hotel.

Convenient location for the airport. Comfortable bed, big room, small pool and workout room. Was looking forward to room service from the cannery restaurant but the two servers were under the pump, and my room service call went unanswered, as did me standing at the entrance waiting to be seated or place my take away order - remedied by uber eats.

Allowed to check in early. Everything spotlessly clean. Excellent well equipped spacious bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Wide choice of food in restaurant. Excellent shuttle service to and from airport.

Public area very pleasant but quite cool. Air conditioner in bedroom difficult to control. Couldn't turn off for a quieter night. Temperature of water in bath and shower only just hot enough.

Spacious, well designed room. Clean. Excellent breakfast buffet choices. Dinner in the hotel restaurant (The Cannery) was excellent. Staff very nice. Good location for a stay near the airport and they offer an airport shuttle every half hour.

Two things. Water temp was inconsistent in the shower and much poured out of the faucet rather than the shower head. Airport shuttle pick up was at a different location than where we were dropped off and were told we could catch it. Missed one and arrived at airport later than anticipated but did not miss flight.

Checking and out was flawless. The gentleman who checked us in texted us after 30 minutes to make sure we were comfortable and everything met our needs. The restaurant was awesome as always. The shuttle driver helped us with our very heavy luggage without us asking. This hotel never disappoints.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Our rook was large with a very comfortable bed and a good shower. We used the airport transfer in both directions and were pleased with the service and it left the hotel in the morning at the time specified. The lounge also had a good area to sit outside in the afternoon sun.

The staff member on duty at checkout could have been friendlier but appeared distracted by some staff issue.

There had been a power bump 1/2hr or so before I arrived, which trapped passengers in the elevators and necessitated help from the Fire Department. It also left the electronic key machine down. Despite the problems, the front staff were cheerful, efficient, and managed to keep the check in process moving. The restaurant staff were cheerful and efficient and the food was excellent.

There was actually nothing to dislike. The problems seemed to be related to the ongoing renovation/upgrading, and, in the circumstances were minor. The staff's quiet competence, and friendly demeanour more than made up for the small issues.

It was really a very good deal for the money. All of the staff polite, pleasant and helpful. One thing I really appreciated is that the rooms and common areas were not loaded with fragrance as so many are these days. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

Nice big room, clean and comfortable with a great shower. Staff were friendly. Although we didn't have breakfast included, there was a good buffet available for a reasonable price. Location is good, close to the airport, with a free shuttle both ways every half hour. Bus to town also stops close by.

The arm chair in the room was very uncomfortable.
