It was wheelchair accessible, they even had a bath chair for my shower. My husband went to the lobby in am for breakfast to find out we had to pay for it. All the previous motels and hotels we have stayed at offer free continental breakfast in the morning. The receptionist told my husband that if we paid more for the room it would have the continental breakfast. The prices for the food on menu was ridiculous. Also when we looked at the pool, the slide and hot tub were closed Thankyou

The location is very convenient--right off Highway 401, with lots of parking. There are lots of chain restaurants and stores nearby. We could catch one bus that took us straight downtown. The room was spacious, too, and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of conveniently placed lights and outlets. And the staff was very nice.

The main issue was that the room was a bit noisy. The fridge and the heating system hummed on and off all night. Also, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't bad. Food in the bistro was tasty but expensive.

after 4 nights on road - this was a class, comfortable, full service hotel.Had a restaurat/bar that was good for breakfast and a snack dinner. Staff nice and helpful. It felt like a full-service hotel - a lot of depth/service. Very convenient location to 401, to w'front, to restaurants/services .

It was great location

It was disappointing to find out hot tub was broken and kids couldn't use waterslide as they were to short. I wish the slide requirements were posted when booking and that the hot tub was broken. It's disappointing to book a hotel for those ammenedies to find out they are broken or can't be used.

Everything was very nice I only had one issue, see below/

I had asked for non feather pillows, when they called to confirm something they mentioned that they saw the note for no feather bedding/pillows. BUT, the pillows were feather, I checked each one. Regretfully i had some allergy issues as result, but everything else was fine.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable and there was only coffee no tea.

Hot tub was not available as it was out of order. The waterslide didn't open on the Monday until 5 pm but there was no communication about it no signage. We only found out when we asked.

Pool and waterslide were main reasons we booked and so happy with room, pool and cleanliness.

Would have liked free coffee in lobby and possibly continental breakfast.

Staff was amazingly helpful, with what to see in Kingston , where to have breakfast and any questions we had were so helpful The location was perfect as it was just off Hwy 401 easy access. Since we were travelling with family and visitors from Germany the staff suggested driving along Lake Ontario on our way home with plenty of stops we would enjoy.

We didn’t find anything that we would comment on. All met our expectations

The service was great. The Front Desk was always available for questions. There was a gentleman working custodial tasks who went above and beyond to show me the gym and pool as I didnt get a chance to see it when I first came in. He explained everything. Was great everyone was informative.

Coffee makers in rooms are garbage and dont work. Get the real 4cup coffee makers with an carafe. If we're dropping 150/night, it's the least you can do... or have coffee in main lobby all day. It's cheap and honestly shouldnt be an extra cost. Food and anytjing can be but coffee is life. Only complaint and it's slight :)
