We loved how friendly the staff was, we enjoyed the lounging area outside with gas fire pits and comfy seating to enjoy the night without being stuck in the hotel room the entire time. It was very clean and fresh and the room had everything we could possibly want or need ranging from paper towels to glassware along with a dishwasher to eliminate the hassle of washing/drying dishes when trying to check out. Also the complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were a but leary to try because of the horrible reviews on the breakfast but everything was fresh and delicious. Couldn't have asked for more.

The biggest downfall I would have to say is the pool situation. The pool is not very big and it is shared by guests in both hotels as the pool is in the connecting hotel (double tree). There happened to be a bunch of kids here for a competition so the pool was pretty well out of equation for us. However the lounging space outside absolutely made up for it.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I thoroughly enjoyed using the lobby space and the breakfast provided. I also loved having the kitchenette in the room for greater comfort in the foods we enjoyed.

The pool was quite a walk to get to, and we needed assistance getting there.

The view from our window was the field and patio side of the property. Quiet spot with an outside patio Area. Unfortunately it rained during our stay.

Front desk manager went out of his way to tell us about the amenities of hotel. He was friendly and kind and truly made my stay just by how welcoming and helpful he was.

The young lady at our check in was so pleasant, so very helpful and just made my night. The gentleman in the morning was very nice as well.

The receptionist was very friendly who worked evening on Jan 4, 2025. The breakfast spread was amazing.
