Walking distance to the GO station. Did not need to use our car for 3 days. The buffet breakfast was the best we ever had in hotel standards. Will make your eggs the way you like if requested. Good hot options with plenty of side choices.

No safe in room. I was told you could leave expensive stuff like jewellery in a locked box at front desk. I like to keep my ipad, passports, etc in the safe in the room so I don’t have to carry with me everywhere. I opted to not have our room cleaned for our 3 day stay.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. They were well-prepared for concert goers headed to see Taylor Swift…we were greeted with a Swiftie themed photo backdrop and pink cupcakes in the lobby. The staff helped us to navigate the closely located public transit options.

Our room was on the 4th floor interior and was loud when guests were dining on the restaurant. There was an issue late night and again during breakfast. Voices carried through the sliding door.

I actually stayed for 7 nights, not 1. I booked each night separately in case I needed to cancel any, but I didn't. When I checked in, I was upgraded to the 6th floor because it had already been renovated, and renovations were still happening on other floors. So I had an extra-comfortable stay. All staff that I encountered were very helpful and pleasant. I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment on that.

No negatives.

It was convenient, comfortable, courteous, and the breakfast buffet was great. Chandrini in the coffee shop was super nice and she went out of her way to have pancakes made for me. The pancakes were delicious. I’m not sure if I am pronouncing her name correctly, but tell her I made it home safely Monday night. I’m sure she would know who I am.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was great because we were able to just walk to the GO station to take the train right into Toronto. The location was also great because it was not far to drive to a great different selection of restaurants for a nice dinner. It was nice that we could just park our our car and not have to use it much while we were there.

When using the breakfast coupons we accidentally gave both of ours on first day thinking we give them the coupons all at once then we are good for the next day. The one staff kept coming back repeatedly telling us that next time you only give 1 at time I guess. Other then that there is nothing I didn't like about our stay

Originally chosen for its very convenient location near the Amtrak and Go Train station. Easy travel to east and west. Now have stayed twice and will choose it again when in Ontario. Very pleasant staff; especially to be remembered by a waitress after over a year. Well appointed room and bathroom.

Walking distance to Go station. Staff very friendly. Helen from front dest extremely helpful telling us the best way to use Go transit. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Simple…what you would expect. Staff in dining room area very friendly.

Breakfast was simple. They would cook eggs the way you wanted if you asked. Scrambled eggs served at the buffet. Would have like pancakes or waffles. But the buffet area was clean. Food was hot. Lots of cold options including fresh fruit.

It’s close to Toronto airport. Stayed here after late flight and gave me a break to go to Niagara Falls so I don’t need to drive too much the following day. Room was clean. Staff were nice. Mattress was a bit too soft for me but it was just a personal preference. In general good experience.

5 minute walk from GO Train station. Coinvent for trains to/from Toronto. Much cheaper than a downtown Toronto hotel...particularly since someone named Taylor Swift was in town that night resulting in price gouging for downtown hotels.

Check In was a bit slow.

the location was excellent for parking out of toronto. the train station was literally a 7 min walk from the hotel, it took approximately 30mins by train to get to union St downtown toronto. perfect location.

can't think of anything we didn't like..
