The room was comfortable. I loved the addition of a chaise lounge! While my husband worked at the desk I was comfortable on the chaise lounge!

I’ve stayed at this location numerous times and continue to complain about the cheap plastic utensils! I was barely able to cut the waffle with the knife and the fork tines bent while trying to stab the piece of the waffle. I would expect a hotel of this calibre to have stainless utensils! Also….. so much plastic!! Not good for the environment!

The room was quite spacious and clean. There is a coffee machine in the room, with coffee and tea provided. The bed was very comfortable, and two pillow options were available (firm and soft). The breakfast tasted good and fresh. Finding the building was also quite easy.

The view wasn't the greatest despite our room being on the highest floor (not a big deal, but looking at parking lots just isn't very exciting). We went to breakfast a bit later (around 9am) and the options at that time weren't the greatest (there was still plenty of food to choose from, but some items weren't replenished).

The beds were the most comfortable thing I have slept in in years..........it was awesome , will be returning next year if I can get a reservation............staff were so polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The kids next door that kept running up and down the hallway.

We had a family vacation during the weekend. In general, we liked it. The hotel has very friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast included in the room rate.

It is necessary to make cosmetic repairs in some places

Room was not full ready at check-in (missing coffee/cups + one hand towel for 2 guests). Had to go down 4 floors to pick it up from the front desk. Arrived at 11pm. Front desk staff refused to put a tiny smile on his face during check-in process. limited breakfast variety.

Cleanliness. Location

Not enough coffee pods in room. No decaf coffee pods. Asked at desk during check in at 10:30 pm and was told that I would have to get them from housekeeping in the morning, that the “desk” doesn’t supply them, yet the next afternoon when I asked for them, the desk person went behind the wall and gave me a few.

Beautiful hotel, comfy clean rooms! Check in was easy and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean! We didn’t know we were going to have an adjoining room between family which made it even better!

The breakfast was disappointing. There was still 40 minutes until it was over, there was no hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs. We stayed until breakfast was over and they never made more. No pancakes, bacon or waffles. For a hot breakfast it wasn’t what I was expecting. Some beans and sausages were the only hot food when I got down there, they did end up adding some undercooked potatoes after a bit.

The breakfast was very good simple and effective. The breakfast area was clean also and food was readily restocked. My kids enjoyed it very much.

More option maybe.

Staff and size of room

Didn’t get fresh towels on our 2nd night or fresh sheets…not a big deal on the sheets but would have liked dry towels. Had to reuse wet ones

We appreciate the location and we were upgraded to a studio suite that was very spacious.

The screen on the window did not fit properly. As a result there were several flies in the room and we had to keep the window closed. Also, the Fitness room was very warm and there was little room for me and my yoga mat.
