The room met our needs, we did not have Breakfast in the Hotel except my wife purchase a coffee in the restaurant down stair. The bed was firm and clean and the bed sheets and pillows we clean. Since we only stayed two(2) nights we did not need sheets exchange, but the maid provide an exchange of the towels we used. As to the view it was overlooking the parking lot, but that was not issue since we did not stay in the room except to sleep. All the staff were in uniform and helpful during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location and had stayed there many years ago before you renovated it. It was a major improvement in the location and the staff. The only issue was the Traffic around the hotel, but I guess this is an issue all over Ottawa.

Professional, helpful, friendly staff (wonderful check-in with Sherry and very helpful front desk ongoing support). Very clean room (thanks Emily), comfy beds. Ate in restaurant once...excellent comfort food, very reasonably priced, great service. A very nice, comfortable stay...thank you!

I wish the tubs were more modern. Hopefully they'll all be replaced with walk-in showers one day. Very little flat surface on the tub. Although there was a grab bar and a bath mat, I still felt that I cdnt let my guard down.

Pleasant place to stay with friendly staff. We took time chatting with one receptionist while we were waiting for my husband. I appreciated it. The hotel is family friendly and serves Good breakfast 😋

Limited choice for breakfast included in the price. Toothpaste was missing (travelers don't always bring toothpaste and toothbrush with them), it would be nice to have them available in the room .

Extremely pleasant and welcoming place. The staff is very kind, friendly and always available. The rooms are comfortable and spacious If you stay there, don't forget to try the Café 1274 restaurant which serves delicious breakfasts and dinners accompanied by good beers. The chef and staff are very friendly!

The front desk lady ((sorry cannot remember her name) was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I travelled to Ottawa as my mother (90 years old) was about to pass away - needless to say I was t in the best frame of mind - she helped to make my first day in Ottawa as stress free as she could. Will be ever thankful for her kindness

Friendly staff, clean, large comfortable rooms, plenty of parking, kindly accommodated us with a kettle when we asked for one. Public transport available just outside.

These weren’t an issue for us, but there was one chair in the room; it would have been nice to have a second chair in a room for two people. It would be better if there was a supermarket within walking distance but obviously this is not in your control. Hotel is slightly dated but as it’s clean and comfortable this was not an issue.

room was huge, Bed comfortable, restaurant on site. lugage trolly was availalbe, staff were very friendly and answered questions. Quick check in

Breakfast egg was still raw, Coffee was aweful, Dinner took a long time to get served, as a single person there were only 4 person table pushed together, no one took them apart. Bathroom was very small

The room size was huge, and the king sized bed was very comfortable .

We need more towels in the bathroom, 2 per person at minimal, but the worst thing is the coffee pods in the rooms with the powdered creamer and sugar. Its disgusting. Save your money and just have brewed coffee and tea each morning with cream and milk available. Would make me stay a 10+

I was not aware Sunday breakfast starts at 8am, but we have to leave at 8:25 for my son's soccer game. The staff let us in earlier and took our orders before the business hour, so that breakfast can be served right after the cefateria opens. Appreciated a lot for the kind consideration.

Breakfast was not include but that didn't bother us.. Location was great. Clean rooms and quiet most of the time. Staff was super helpful. Fantastic fitness centre with great equipment and all supplies. Large modern bathroom.

The lighting in the main room could have been brighter. One night sone loud guests who were smoking outside congregated at the front entrance, but were quiet from 11 on.
