The staff at check-in (Sami) was more than excellent. His service was beyond our expectations and his personality made the check in process a breeze. I like that the check-out time is 12:00, the free breakfast, the free parking, the pool area, the room was spacious, we rarely waited for an elevator even if the hotel was crowded, etc.

Not much we didn’t like being that we have stayed here now for a 3rd time over the last few years. The only thing I would recommend is that the free breakfast be available until 10:00 am on weekends since the check-out time is at 12:00.

Easy check in and my request for ground floor room was accommodates. Dining room staff prepared breakfast choice to accommodate my dairy allergy. Cleaning staff were polite, thorough and provided extra dishwasher pod. Conveniently located near shopping centre with everything needed for our stay. Quiet, safe location. Overall a perfect experience!

rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Shower needs a bit of maintenance, the rest of the room was great and comfortable. Bed was great.

Breakfast was lacking if you cannot do hot food effectively, do not have it, other offering was sparse and in too many different places. Found the toaster after I chose not so great hot food

Rooms that they accept pets are dirty. There was a lot going on under the bed (dog p..p)! no hygiene in these rooms even they charge a cleaning fee. Would be great to remove carpet in these rooms. Good staff, they changed our room which was much better.

Bagels and yogurt and apples and bananas was good. My husband liked the scrambled eggs.

I was hoping for hot waffles or pancakes. Some plain cereals like cheerios, cornflakes or rice krispes would have been nice.

Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. A very impressive and well equipped kitchen area. Well furnished and spacious room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Close to restaurants and shopping. Excellent value for a reasonable price.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Mr. Valentino and all other front desk, kitchen and housekeeping staffs are helpful and provided exceptional customer service.

Wish the breakfast had more options to choose from and can be open till 10am.

Bathrooms were spacious , great showers , pool hours were great . Spacious parking lot with easy access.

Could be a little more variety in the breakfast but it was still good so nothing really to complain about .

Good variety of cold and hot food.

I was away from my table and it was cleared before I could arrive back with toast and coffee. Unavoidable with the large student crowd that took over most of the tables (but with a convivial atmosphere).

This is now our 3 time staying at this location. The unit we were in was clean like always , friendly staff, easy check in/out. Again having a kitchen with 2 kids is a life saver not having to eat out everyday. Everything you need is in your unit real fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, microwave pots, pans dishes, .everything you need to make it feel like home.

Nothing. In all the times we have been here all visits have been perfect with no issues. Some may say the price is a little high. We saved ton by buying the food items we need for our stay and making home cooked meals in our unit.
