Theresa at the front desk was amazing. She diligently helped us to change our check in date, as I accidentally reserved the wrong date online. We were tired from a day of driving and appreciate her help. She took a lot of time working to call on our behalf to get the online reservation changed to the correct date. She is a keeper for sure! Thank you Theresa!

I could not find a number to call Booking.com to talk with someone to change the date. I didn’t get a response to my online inquiry / request to change the date, until Theresa got through to them.

This motel was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with more variety than I expected.

It's somewhat dated (but very clean). The blinds were inside the window panes and I couldn't figure out how to adjust them. Also couldn't figure out how to open the window for fresh air. Insulation could be better, sounds from outside carried inside.

Overall cleanliness. Front desk agents are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Give them a raise already! Dated property but it’s kept clean. Everything works..

Looking dated. Wish the owners would put more money into updating the building! Things haven’t changed much in the last 30 years. Seems to be a BW thing. Not sure if the staff noticed the cracked windows in the breakfast room.

The breakfast options were very good. Tasty and hot with other options too. Loved the 24 hours coffee bar! The pool was a decent size to share with other guests. The suana was nice too.

We had to ask for a vacuum to clean the carpet when we checked in. Other than that, there were no issues with the room.

Large size room, very good complementary breakfast with an exceptional hostess. Good location for meals and just a short drive to Soo Locks.

Facility is dated, could use a refresh. A recliner in our room was broken, but I advised the front desk when we checked out....so they had not been made aware of that from previous visitor. But, our room and all linens were clean.

A quiet comfortable stay. It is older but well maintained. The HVAC was good for a motel. Breakfast was fine. Pool simple but fun.

“Exercise Room “ was a joke. The property was dated looking (but not in a historical sense). Fairly expensive, maybe the holiday weekend bumped up the prices?

Great location clean and comfy room but disappointed because I paid for hot tub room and they no longer have them. Adjusted bill and are supposed to update website to remove hot tub room rates. Overall a good place to stay.

Adam at the front desk was very helpful. We asked for an early check in which he arranged and was able to give us excellent suggestions to our requests for recommendations. We enjoyed our visit.

Mattress was adequate but not 5 star.

Smalllest shampoo container I have ever seen, Inconvenient luggage cart location. No ceiling lights above a cute table.
