The location was good. The airport room’s view was the best, completely worth paying a little more for that. Shuttle service to and from Airport was completely hastle free and very good. Most of the staff specially the day staff was excellent. Very happy, friendlyyy and solve the problem.

The night staff on the reception were extremely rude and very bad. I had a guest who did not know about the Parking rules, the intercomed to enquire at the reception and the reception said read it there and hung up, he couldnt find anything so called again on which the staff started miss behaving. When he went inside to ask, he threatened to leave or he will call the police instead of telling him the rules. It was very disappointing to see my guests being treated this way.

24 hrs check in critical for late arrival at airport. On site restaurant with real food for breakfast. Attractive, well designed room and comfortable bed. Good sound proofing.

Bathroom shower door handles loose, no room safe, no overnight room service. TV and room telephone did not operate as documented. Since it was very late and I was already unpacked and in pajamas, I gave up because I could not contact front desk. Tricks for using these devices were disclosed when I stopped at front desk in the morning en route to breakfast. I was not offered a discount despite the fact that I could not use these services during my stay.

Convenient location and processed my checkin quickly which was great given my 2.00am arrival. Provided a warm cookie on arrival which was a nice touch. Room comfortable, quiet and clean.

Had to become a Hilton member to use WiFi which was frustrating. Complimentary shuttle from airport was confusing to identify as the shuttle serviced multiple hotels and there are two Double tree hotels of different location. Nonetheless driver was super helpful. Despite the above, my stay here was fine as a pitstop before flying back out again the following day.

Hotel check in and out was very efficient. Staff were helpful. Restaurant meal was very good and staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and efficient. Our room was very well appointed. Comfortable bed.

The reason I didn't give this a higher rating in terms of comfort is because our room (216) had a VERY noisy air conditioner. It disturbed our sleep all night, and it appeared impossible to shut it off (we tried). This was a shame as really the whole point of our stay (due to a late check in from a flight, and an early morning departure for another flight) was sleep! The room was quiet, dark and comfortable and would have been perfect aside from that but it was so disturbing we feel obliged to mention it here to explain our rating. Obviously, we don't know if it is just this particular room or if this is usual in the hotel. As we were only there for a few hours and weren't about to ask for a room change late at night we didn't mention it to the hotel, which perhaps we should have done.

The hotel staff worked with me when we first arrived. I was not aware of not being able to use out of country debit cards, the hotel staff was patient and understanding. We utilized the swimming pool and spa which were perfect after the long ride and congestion of Toronto. (If using the swimming pool and spa area please make sure to wear at least sandals or something because we saw someone fall in the hallway due to the slippery wet floor - only an observation). Our room was very quiet and comfortable. We couldn't hear the planes at all even though we were right next to the airport. The hotel is attached to a restaurant which we ate at for dinner. The food was amazing! Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel.

The hotel systems were down when we first arrived but that was due to an update that affected international travel and businesses so it was no fault on the hotel. The parking out front of the hotel was a bit confusing. The hotel staff helped me to understand what I needed to do.

It was a perfect location for us, having flown from Australia for 21 hours! We were delighted to have somewhere to stay close to the airport and with free airport shuttle buses! Despite being close to the airport our room was extremely quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and shower great! I was pleased to use the laundry after 3 days of travelling and exploring Toronto - they sold washing powder & exchanged money for coins to operate the machines. Our room was cleaned each day and new towels provided. We ate on both nights in the restaurant attached to the Doubletree Hilton and my husband got breakfast at the Starbucks on site. The staff were helpful and polite.

We had trouble with the wifi the entire time we were there! It would not work in our room, nor the lobby, nor Starbucks. We complained several times but nothing could be done. We did go into the restaurant attached to the property and log onto their wifi.

Location for us! We had stayed there 3 weeks earlier as we were doing a road trip in a hire vehicle around Eastern Canada. This time we needed to return our hire car & then fly out the next morning internationally. They have an excellent shuttle bus service. It is very quiet for sleeping and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with a big king bed and the bathroom is spotless. We had trouble on our previous visit with wifi not working but this was rectified this time. The restaurant attached is great for meals as is the Starbucks for coffee & snacks.

This time I found the staff member who checked us in was not as helpful as previously - not as welcoming and not giving clear instructions on the wifi as we had previously had problems with connecting. The next morning we had a lovely young lady whilst waiting for our shuttle bus who was very chatty & helpful! The price we paid for this one night stay was way too much compared to 3 weeks earlier when we stayed longer but we needed to be there for our flight.

We arrived at 2.30am and were welcomed by reception who had everything organised for us. The driver of the shuttle bus from the airport was particularly helpful making sure that everyone was on the correct bus as there are two Doubletree hotels, and helping with the luggage. Room was comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice to suit appetites and pockets. Oh and of course the cookies!!

We couldn't turn the heating down so there was a constant noise throughout the night. They could have cleaned properly behind the table with the TV, etc on it. For some reason this had been pulled out not by us and so we could see a lot of dust, rubber bands, etc behind there.

Bed are comfortable and also the pool was good

The beddings of our first room weren't clean. So we requested to change the room and they accepted. As i am a frequent traveler, i didn't excepted such quality from Hilton. It is far away to their standards. Really disapointed

Comfortable, quiet,very clean rooms close to YYZ with good free shuttle. Ample parking for $28 per night. For longer stays, a Park and Fly lot is right beside the hotel. Very good front desk staff, and fast, easy check in/out. Small snack store, as well as Starbucks in the lobby, with a Turtle Jack's restaurant beside hotel.

For those flying in after 10PM, know that room service and the nearby restaurants are shutting down then, leaving little option for a light meal. (we were there on a weeknight).
