At the breakfast area. The manager was screaming across 2 eating spaces to tell the employees what to do (ex: start removing the buffet breakfast). First, that a sign of missing respect. You don’t yell at people what to do. If you move your ass and go tell them what to do. Second, we are enjoying a breakfast in a nice place. Really but really don’t want to hear some yell 10 meters away. Third I felt uncomfortable for the the employe. I was sitting and eating between the manager et the employe. Like in direct line of sight between them. And the employe clearly felt bad the manager was doing it. Unacceptable comportement for a high end eating place.

Fire alarm in room kept going off caused by the steam in the bathroom (rm434). THAT HAS GOT TO GET FIXED. I wanted to ask for a discount because of that but the ladies at the front desk were SO KIND AND HELPFUL ABD WONDERFUL that I decided not to complain! Great staff and location!!

I was in Laval for medical reasons. My husband appreciated the surrounding district during the time he was on his own. We were able to speak some French but it was very important for English to be available for us and the Sheraton staff were very helpful. It was important for the washroom facilities to accommodate a person with mobility issues... There were lots of bars, a seat for showering, and a very adjustable spray wand. The room has an excellent black out blind. We enjoyed the well kept pool and spa area every day. We had a question about how we were charged for one aspect of our stay which was fairly and suitably resolved. It was a great place to stay.

The outside of the window could have benefitted from a thorough cleaning.

Everything was excellent ... location, newly renovated hotel and rooms, large rooms, cleanliness, reception staff, restaurant waiters, pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, gym, food ... wonderful family experience!

Definitely, no buffet style breakfast available, only menu style waited at table. Teenagers prefer more food choices and second helping option of buffet style. Food was very good and service as well.

Non-residents could use the lift and go upstairs without using an access card. Could be a security loophole.

Had to ask for a bigger fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee would taste bettwr in proper cups rather then paper cups. No cutleries in the room

Great service! Even from before we arrived they answered any questions we had. Quick check in and check out. Clean and nice room. We loved that they had the 24h bistro in the lobby! Parking was a breeze as there were two parkings on either side of the building.

Bistro is a little pricey, but the fact that it conveniently is opened 24h and you don’t have to leave the property when you want a snack at 3 am makes up for it!

My daughter and grand-daughter and I had a wonderful time; We shopped; we were spoiled at Amerispa. Sheraton gave us coupons for 25.00$ each for Amerispa!!! The pool and hot tub absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. I will be back soon. The staff who spoiled me throughout my visit will always be remembered. Thank you for making my visit special.

Cannot find a thing

the staff! super nice and accommodating. I go to hotels a lot with my boyfriend because he travels quite a bit for work and I’m lucky that he can bring me along at times, but out of all the hotels (and there’s been a lot)…. the bed!! I need to know this mattress type and brand and pillows!! I don’t think I’ve had this much of a restful deep sleep in years. I would check in again on my own just to experience it another time

The location is good. The hotel is clean, the swimming pool with the hot jacuzzi and the steam room were a bonus.

The water in the swimming pool was cold. It is OK for an adult but cold for an infant. We were there in April...
