The staff were attentive, friendly and happy to respond to all of our needs/requests. Service agent, Sajid, was wonderful to deal with. The swimming pool was clean with towels always available.

We felt that the air conditioner was quite loud.

Mattress could have been somewhat firmer Lighting bedside not bright enough for reading Bathtub handle bar not in a convenient location therefore, Could have used a mat in the bathtub

The bathroom was a little dated and the shower head was a little low to fit my 5’11” husband. There was also only one good firm pillow but that’s not a big deal. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Honestly one of the better hotels in Regina.

The waitress in the restaurant was fabulous. friendly and always had a smile. We had the same young lady three times. I had a bad leg at time of our stay and it was a long walk to the restaurant. Normally would not matter.

Pool too shallow. Could not swim.

Everything was close by. I didn't need to travel far for what we needed or was looking for

I didn't like the fact that my daughter got hurt sliding down the water slide because another child was trying to climb back up inside the water slide. My daughter collided with her at the bottom opening of the water slide coming down. I'm not impressed with the parent that was there either.

BATHROOM TISSUE IS THE WORST TISSUE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN A HOTEL!! ESPECIALLY IN QUALITY HOTEL CHAIN LIKE THE Holiday Inn I have stayed at 1 star hotels in Afica with better quality bathroom tissue! PLEASR UPGRADE YOUR QUALITY OF BATHROOM TISSUE!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay, breakfast buffet, and pool. Our room was super clean, cozy and spacious. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Their service is marked by efficiency and punctuality. Strongly recommended!

When we checked in,I ask what was the protocol for when do or do they come and clean our room . We got told that they don't clean our room until the 3rd day of your stay if you need service let the front desk know. Ok not a problem,we said. So the 1st morning I /we made up our bed. We had 4 pillows on a bed so one of our pillow was put on the side. Left the room. Later during the day we came back,our gotten some fixing the beds the sides were tucked,pillow on the side was on the bed and received fresh towels and extra amenities was received in our room. The next morning did do up any of the bed and came back to a clean room. Thank you housekeeping great job.😀 It's nice to see all staff of the hotel 🙂doing a great work. Thank you all. Pleasent stay!!

It was safe and the rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were update to date and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful

The smokers outside the door were intoxicated

Jacuzzi was scary. Flooring was very soft inside the tub. Almost felt like I was gonna fall through. Signs for the restaurant or directions were not exceeded the best.
