The breakfast was amazing! Every morning there was something different. The quality of the food was awesome and very tasty. There was a good selection of food to satisfy even my picky eater. I wish I could've stayed longer. The pool was also the perfect size during the quiet time of the day. It was warm and relaxing to swim in. The room and bed were comfortable and it was a pleasant environment to be in. The staff decorated for Halloween. It really made the location festive and fun! I'll definitely return if I'm ever in NFLD again.

The proximity to the airport and the shuttle service were our main reason for booking here. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet so we had a great sleep. They upgraded us on our return and paid for the taxi when the shuttle wasn't working. The shuttle driver was awake and cheerful at 4:30 am to drive us to the airport.

The cleaning staff forgot to fill the large containers in the shower but that was a minor issue.

Breakfast offered a lot of variety, both cold and hot options. Our room was comfortable and clean & beds were comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport, especially the availability of it at 3 a.m.! A nice option was the bag breakfast which was provided to us since we had a very early flight! This property has easy access to the airport and highway 1. There is a pizza restaurant next door which has excellent pizza (and other entries) as well as a Tim Hortens within easy walking distance.

The TV menu system was a bit "clunky" and at times while viewing programs it seemed to lock up or pause. Would have been nice to get CNN news as well.

To start off with, we did a multi-site trip. We came from Twillingate to St. John's, then we were going on to Ste. Pierre before staying overnight with you on our way home to Toronto. We were able to store our large suitcase with you for 4 nights so we didn't have to drag it all the way to Ste. Pierre and back on a small plane. Then we showed up ahead of the 3PM check-in time and were allowed to book into our room after being picked up at the airport by your shuttle. Breakfast was exceptional, way more than we expected, with a great variety of hot and cold items. Your most astounding service, however, was the shuttle to the airport......your driver was not at work upon our departure and the desk gave us a voucher to cover the cost of a taxi to the airport. WOW!!! Would definitely stay with you again and recommend you to anyone who asks!! Thank you!

Breakfast was really good, with lots of options. Room was a good size, clean and nicely outfitted.

My check is was very slow. I arrived late, around 10 pm and had to wait around 25 minutes to get checked in as there was no one at the front desk (except housekeeping staff watching the front desk). Checkin staff member was very polite and efficient when he showed up.

Very clean, beautiful room, great location

We had a king suite with a pull-out couch. The pull-out was extremely uncomfortable and there were no blankets or sheets for it in the room. I had to call the front desk. When I complained at the front desk the next day they apologized and informed me that there were extra toppers for the couch that could’ve been given to us 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not sure why they weren’t considering I had to call to get the blankets brought up anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

Convenient to our family.

The hotel was very expensive also it was filled with refugees. While I recognize the need for places to stay for refugees, the hotel facilities were not ideal for people living with families for extended periods. They clearly lacked places to gather together, prepare meals, entertain their children… I noticed empty meeting rooms that could have been opened up for them for programs or gathering space. Instead many men were loitering about the lobby and main entrance. I can’t imagine how confining it must be for the women to be stuck in their hotel rooms. I made for a thought-provoking experience for tourists.

The desk person Fahad was exceptional. When we asked for a higher suite, directions to the bus and had a concern re our door not locking he was quick to take care of all of these concerns. For security reasons he changed us to a new suite, offered apologies and brought us a goody bag. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Great location close to shopping, restaurants and a Metro Bus to take you right into downtown St. John's. Buffet breakfast has great selections of tasty food. Close to the airport. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Our room lock had been broken from the beginning and once we realized this, anyone could have pushed the door in as we slept or were out. Fortunately we noticed on the second day and Fahad quickly moved us to a new suite. He was gracious and concerned. Didn't like having to move all of our luggage as we were on our way out with family. Still, resolved well.

This was a very spacious room. King bed was awesome and the comfort was outstanding. The bath room was modern with an excellent shower, plenty of towels and great vanity. Everything was in good working order, very clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was included, plenty to choose from, eggs, sausage, home fires, waffles, fresh fruit and good coffee,

Nothing.

The server in the restaurant at Happy Hour between about 4pm and 5pm charged us regular price for apps that should have been on happy hour price. Blaming it on the POS system being down. This happened 2 days in a row with the same female server! I was not happy after the second time. They made corrections after I reviewed my bill but, I should not have to do that.
