Loved the breakfast overall, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool!

The waffle iron in the breakfast area needed to be cleaned and the whipped cream needed to be refrigerated. Missed the scrambled eggs, they had french toast instead of the eggs, but the French toast was terrible. No one in my family like it. The guest wifi is horrible. While connected to it, I couldn't operate apps on my phone. I had to disconnect and use my own data. My children couldn't use their wifi devices.

The hotel was extremely clean, the front desk attendant was extremely nice, the room was very lovely! We stayed in a King suite which was perfect for our needs. The couch was great, you can relax without having to lie on the bed. We enjoyed the big shower and the water pressure was unreal! Our room included a mini fridge and microwave. And of course the included breakfast is a great bonus!

The pillows are WAY too soft!! The bed was very comfortable but if you have any back issues, it's too soft. The hotel has a pool, therefore the whole hotel smells like a pool (not in the room). And with pools come a lot of kids, who drip water in the elevators. We did not have a problem with noise, but it's a real possibility if there are a lot of families with kids.

Access to meals was an issue. Storm bound and delivery service was not travelling. That was very frustrating and the prices on what snacks were available were extremely high. My daughter paid 9.00 for a bottle of water. I just about fell over with shock though at the cost for snacks

We stayed for the pool and slide. It was great that breakfast was served, it was a reason we stayed there as well. The only issue was that it was a busy weekend and you ran out of milk for cereal. The staff were super friendly, we were offered an extra hour (late checkout) so that our little guy could get in one last swim before leaving. We had a great time. I did turn off the heat/air unit in the room as I found it too loud to sleep. The others in my family were fine with it so it may be based on if you are a light sleeper or not.

The air unit was loud. You ran out of milk. All very minor things. We wouldn't let that keep us away.

The staff were exceptional. My kids even mentioned to me how kind they were. During our stay, there was a horrible snowstorm, thus shutting down all business, including the majority of restaurants. The staff notified us of available options.

The coffee was horrible. It was hot water with a slight coffee flavor. The pool could use some refurbishing. My child cut his foot on the pool floor.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull! I was waiting for à surgery for broken ankle, by myself and struggling à lot with cast and crutches. They helped me à lot to carry my stuff to the room and by always being aviable for whatever i would need! Really Nice location with à good restaurant just in front of the hôtel.

The flow of breakfast. The way it’s set up causes a lot of bottlenecks. And I wish that they had coffee in the lobby.

The breakfast was great. A great choice of food. The room was spacious .

Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled. By whom, I do not know. It wasn't me! It appears to have been through Booking.com that the error was made. They took some time to work out a solution before giving me another room to stay in. the hotel don't know why the resservation was cancelled either.

From the moment we arrived Shelly Lynn was our wonderful introduction to Newfoundland and the folks of the province. What a remarkable lady, you are fortunate to have someone of her caliber on your staff. The exercise room was a standout, roomy with good equipment and a fabulous mural. The breakfasts were great, good variety and a clean dining area. Our room was great, no complaints.

Perfect location, great view, quiet, clean and large room. Our son enjoyed the pool.

Breakfast foods was redundant. We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and the foods are the same everyday, only few options to choose from. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!
