it was a really good location, just a short walk away from the beach and food was easy as there were plenty good restaurants everywhere. The hotel is also near the airport / busan station bus route, so that is really convenient. Cleanliness was why we looked for the Marriot group as the bed bugs infestation was starting in S. Korea and Fairfield did not dissapoint

The staff was struggling with the onslaught of visitors for the weekend. They seemed inexperienced and were having a tough time dealing with customer registration. It was chaotic and took much too long. I did not expect of the Marriot chain. I felt that the front line staff would have benefitted from having a senior, more experienced manager to lead. All i saw were young people struggling to cope with no strong leadership

The location is excellent. The breakfast was unexpectedly good although we did not realize that breakfast costs were included in the room costs. The staff service is good.

There is no set up to hang clothes and towels in the shower room, which makes it inconvenient and a bit embarrassing when staying in room with friends. It will be great to improve the setting in the shower room to accommodate for 2 friends to stay in one room. Both the toilet and the shower room shares one door, this is also uncomfortable. Would be great to install individual doors for both.

Great location within walking distance to the beach and the main shopping strip. Breakfast included was a bonus and the lady who checked me into breakfast each day was super lovely & gave me a small gift on my last day. She made my stay extra enjoyable. Housekeeping were also very friendly said good morning each day & asked if it was okay to go in & service my room

Only hotel I stayed at in Korea that did not have microwaves available to use, rooms did not have great soundproofing could hear the baby crying in the room next door

The breakfast is great, one of my favorite aspects of my stay However it can be improved. During breakfast there is an empty refrigerated shelving unit, that used to have deserts, like small cheese cakes, yogurt and drinks. Now it's empty and there are no deserts, cakes or sweet bakery products. Therefore the breakfast seems to have reduced in quality, since before corona! Also for the cereal there used to be things like dried fruits, seeds etc you can add to the cereal. You see this in almost all the hotels, and now this has disappeared as well!

The location is great, not even 5 minutes from Haeundae. The area close to the hotel has a lot of cafés, restaurants and even a streetfood market. The hotel is new and the rooms are well designed and quite wide. The bed was really wide and comfortable ! Had the best sleep. The showerbooth was really wide. Overall clean.

The wallpaper was not well glued so it didn't look neat in some places. The room was overall clean but there were still some traces of fingers or else on the showerbooth walls. Eventhough we were on the 19th floor, we could hear the sounds from the streets a little too much. Fortunately it didn't prevent us from sleeping well.

The rooms nice and clean. The ajummas (cleaning ladies) supplied us with fresh towels daily and placed bottled waters in our mini fridge. The front desk staff were helpful too when we needed to print out Korail tickets to Seoul. It was a walking distance to Hauendae beach and just in front of a bus stop. There were cafés within walking distance too and just a hop away from the Hauendae traditional market.

The bathroom has an odd layout which doesn't leave much room for dressing up. The toilet didn't have a bidet. The rubbish bins were small.

The hotel was in good location the rooms were spacious and clean the shower was excellent both rainhead and hand held shower excellent pressure and hot water. The staff were friendly and welcoming the breakfast was in my opinion good value the bus stops in front of hotel number 1003 bus the beach was easily accessible and plenty of restaurants and bars close by would definitley stay again. The taxi fare from Busan Airport to Hotel was 30000 KRW and takes about 45 minutes beware of touts at airport who try and ask for 60000 KRW overall a very good and relaxing day

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Location is centrally located at Haeundae, easy to take taxi to various places of interest. Around 45 mins taxi drive from the airport. Multiple convenience stalls around the hotel and it's 5 mins walk from Haeundae Market. Staff are friendly and they always have at least one staff who speaks very good English. The gym is small but comes with a bench, reasonable weights and yoga mats. Value for money.

The shower area and toilet is located side by side and awkwardly sharing the same door. The hooks for the towers or clothing are outside the bathroom. So for aquaintence or friends, taking a shower means you have to rely on the middle door that segregates the room from the basin and shower area. Room is on the small side. If you spread 2 middle size luggage, there is no space to walk.

I enjoyed everything about our stay at the hotel. We had to book the trip at the last minute and then we had to drive 5 hours to make it Busan for our meeting the next day. Getting to the hotel late was not an issue. We were able to get parked and checked in easily and quickly. The room was amazing! I loved all of the little details from the moment we walked in. The placement of the bathroom and closet. The large window and the king-size bed was so comfortable. We rested well and were able to get a quick breakfast before heading out to our busy day!

I was a bit disappointed in the selection of the breakfast food. I felt it could have been better for the price. The dinning area was nice and clean and the staff were helpful.

Great location. Tons of great restaurants nearby. Super close to the beach and a short walk to the metro. Clean modern rooms. Very comfortable bed. Hot and strong shower.

The walls are very thin. If you’re a frisky couple, keep it quiet. If you’re not, bring earplugs. The hallway light is motion sensor and kind of annoying at night when someone gets up. I wish it could be turned off.
