Overall the hotel lives up to its advertised description. What is provided is standardised and expected for a hotel with star rating. We booked a family room and it was generally spacious. I liked the part where there was a partition with a small space like a living room for activities that we usually do not want to do on the beds (e.g. eating, using the laptop). The 3 beds were well-spaced and quite similar in size, even though one is supposed to be a large single with both others as queen-sized. The hotel is located very near the main shopping districts in this area and there are myriads of choices to choose from for eating - though most sell quite similar food. The hotel offers an optional breakfast which is priced quite reasonably, although variety is not a lot. Service-wise, the staff is generally professional. But nothing out of the norm.

The staff manning the buffet breakfast can be quite stern in enforcing rules. When we left, my daughter was using a paper cup to drink plain water. Despite showing the staff member the contents of the cup, the staff was quite fierce in stopping her and making strong gestures to bar her from exiting or to put down the cup. We understand the importance of enforcing rules in a buffet room to prevent people from taking food out, but I believe there is a better way of communicating to customers.

The location is good, easy accessible to a lot of places. Just across the street, you are walking into the food street and there are plenty of nice food around. The room is of good size, there are 3 beds and we have 2 adults and 2 children and it is big enough for us with 3 luggages.

The toilet - the water discharge is at one corner and there is no shower screen and the whole toilet was literally wet and at one point, I was concern about potential flooding in the toilet. The way to work around it, is to bath in a certain angle.

Good location. Walking distance to a number of places of interests and food. You can walk to Bupyeong, Gukje and Jagalchi markets. Also withing walking distance are 2 subway stations, Nampo and Jagalchi, and Busan Tower. There is also a direct bus, 1003, to Haeundae beach, 4mins walk to the bus stop from the hotel.

Breakfast variety could be better.

Very clean, big enough room with sofa, two double and a single bed for family of four. Firm enough bed with pillows. Is situated in front of Bukyong market which is link to Gukje market but without the crowd and noise. Also a short walk to Jagalchi market and train station. It was an excellent experience for the price despite being the official pick up/drop off point was at the side of hotel.

It was amazing for the price, more like a 4* hotel right in the heart of the city and just over the road from the food market. The reception staff were very sweet and kindly helped me book a tour. The breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from. You’re also got a 30% discount tickets if you ate at the café. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

1. Location just opposite bupyeong market with lots of food. 2. Very comfy pillows and bed.

1. Didn’t have luggage racks so luggages on floor. 2.Needed many towels to soak up water on sink as once you use the tap water will surely drip. Towels also needed for floor as the shower water flows to drain under the sink. But manageable with towels.

The room was clean and had a very fancy toilet.

It is not easy to find your way. Getting to the hotel was difficult due to it being down small roads, thre are 2 buildings which is very confusing. Once we checked in to building A, we had to make our way to blocking B and find our way to the elevators then to our room. It was what we English call a faff.

I loved the location of the hotel, very convenient and close to main metro line to the main station. It neighbours large market with a lot of food stalls and restaurants. The breakfast was ok, I would appreciate larger selection.

There was a lot of light inside the room at night - the large green safety light was on during the night and only covered by piece of carpet.

Had the smoothest check-in/check-out; staff were super helpful and I always felted rested for the day of adventures ahead. Compared to the previous accommodation I had, it was so spacious- I virtually had a dancefloor and the bed was super-comfortable.

There was a mild smell to the room, I couldn't quite figure out from where but there was a plug-in diffuser in the room which makes me think staff were away of it
