Staff were very professional and accommodating.. Room impeccably clean. On the whole we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel.

Property located in the heart of the shopping street. The night food vendors come out about 6pm and the streets are packed with people. Many restaurants and all within walking distance. No car rental needed. Was able to catch a taxi for any attractions outside of the area. Hotel is quiet inside even with all the activities outside. Staff are very nice and hospitable. We felt safe in the area.

There are no coffee shops around opened before 7am. It would be nice for hotel to have complimentary coffee for early risers. They do not offer single use toiletries (toothbrush, razors, etc.).

Location was great, near subway entrance and close to many restaurants and shops. Front desk staff helped call us a cab on last day in middle of the night as we realized we couldn’t call for a larger van (to fit our suitcases) via Kakao taxi.

Room was very small, barely fit our suitcases and nowhere to walk with the 4 of us inside and suitcases, not able to throw tissue into toilet (which took time to get used to) and not being able to use my hair straightener or blow dryer

The location was great as it was near to the metro, restaurants and shopping. The room was small yet comfortable. Water was replenished every day in the room, which was convenient when heading out for the day. I was able to check in a bit early as I had an overnight flight and by midday, desperately needed to shower and rest.

The fan in the room was very noisy and the whole ceiling seemed to vibrate when the light was on. The air con malfunctioned òn the second day, so I had to switch rooms, but that worked out as I received an upgraded room.

I really liked the staff member on the night shift (he seemed to finish around 10 PM). He welcomed us warmly every day, and even though we stayed for four nights, he remembered us from the second day. He can spoke many languages , was always friendly and smiling, which really made us feel great. The other staff were also nice, but he was definitely my favorite.

Location is perfect, near shopping but not that near so it’s not noisy or congested. Love that there is a washer-dryer to do self laundry.

No complimentary laundry as stated on booking.com website or we were not informed at desk. Comms went haywire i guess. I asked for a quiet room away from lift on a higher floor but was assigned a room next to the lift on the third floor.

The location is excellent and you can buy and eat everynight till 11pm. You can also buy all signature handgift from the shops nearby the hotel. There are foot message shop and tasty korean restaurant just next to the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room is small or smaller that what i expected from the photo. The bath tub or the bath room is small. Tower provide looks old. But I cannot say it is not clean. The slipper provide is so strange just like a paper....

Highly recommended! The best hotel location in Myeondong. Location is in the very heart of the City! Staff are very friendly and helpful... Area and rooms are clean. A quiet place to stay in a busy street. Near the bus stop station! Near the train station! Near the street food area where it is located! Near the cosmetic and luxury brand stores! Near the restaurants! Everything you need is near the area!

Conveniently located near the subway station and night market. The Airport Shuttle Bus drop-off point is also walking distance to the hotel. That is the reason why we decided to take the bus instead of the train. The room is also clean and cosy. I slept well during my stay.

The room is not so soundproof as I can hear people talking outside since my room was located near the lift.

Location. I just walked out to Myeongdong shopping street. A short walk to subway exit too. Helpful staff. I had problem using the washing machine and the staff was very helpful. Comfortable. Hotel is not on the very crowded street so it was nice. Room was nice, clean and beds comfortable. I loved the bath robe. The best and most comfortable bath robe I've ever encountered from any hotel.
