The concierge desk at the Dusit has been a true highlight of my stay, providing outstanding service. I would like to especially commend Moustafa Ayad, who was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in arranging a last-minute trip to the Pyramids and organized emergency airport transport when our Uber was significantly delayed. Moustafa was highly attentive, staying on top of our requests well into the evening. This has been the best concierge service I have experienced across all the hotels I have stayed in. Additionally, the airport pick-up service is exceptional, as they assist with visa formalities and fast-track you through immigration in just 15 minutes, bypassing the long queues—a real VIP experience! The staff is called Yasser.

The Asian food is not very authentic...

The staff were excellent could not do enough for us..from the room cleaners (Ahmed) to the concierge ( Mustafa) and the lovely ladies at the Tau restaurant, and of course the relations staff who were always at hand to message us on WhatsApp ( they were superb, helped with our luggage, and we'll being) all very helpful, polite, attentive and caring. We can't wait to go back. Thank you all. The most outstanding staff was Yasser from the airport shuttle team. This man is an angel, who went above and beyond to help us and take care of us. A credit to the hotel. My luggage were left behind by Egyptair, it was a disaster for Christmas being ruined after coming from such a long way. I was so upset and Yasser helped to locate them the following day, after working a long shift, he stayed behind just for me, helped with the language barrier and reassured me all will be well. I was so uncomfortable and had little information from Egyptair. I don't speak or understand Arabic, so it was scary. Yasser was God send, and he never left me without support. He stayed with me till 2am! I could not thank him enough. We love Yaser!

Was given the impression that the spa facilities was on site and free to use as guests. It was nearby but a bit of a walk or a buggy ride. The staff at the spa were so unfriendly, could not even smile, they behaved like we were nit welcomed and cold so we cancelled appointments especially when told rudely that we had to pay to use the none treatment related facilities eg sauna. We were told otherwise so was not prepared and the lady embarrassed us so we left.

This is my favorite place to stay in Cairo - and I have many happy memories here. The resort feels secluded without being too far from the city, so it’s great for a weekend getaway. We absolutely love the spa and frequent it as often as we can. Room service food is always quite good and the menu selection is extensive. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I plan to come here many times in the future.

My only complaint is that the front desk or reception desk at TAO (an absolutely fantastic restaurant) are often quite rude, this has been the case every time I come to TAO. If I didn’t love the food and wait staff so much, I would not return to this restaurant.

We were blown away from the very first minute. Starting from Abdullah at the doors, guiding us to the reception where Hady made a tremendous effort to make sure smooth and friendly check-in. Housekeeping stuff was very attentive, especially Abdullah. There is no need to mention the food was above and beyond expectations. Thanks for Chef Atef and Milad. Overall, we are delighted with the stay, and we will definitely come back again for more.

The view in front was full of construction. However, this is not anybodies fault. Hopefully, it's a temporary thing, and next time, there would be a different view.

It has spacious rooms. It very clean and the hotel overall is nice.

Their food, across multiple levels: 1. Tao the Asian place in the hotel, the food is too expensive for Egypt, I paid for 2 people and 3 dishes similar to what I pay in Dubai (which is very expensive) the place is not even 7 star fine dining. Add to that, the food portions are not that big and the taste is not that spectacular to charge such prices. 2. Breakfast: for the price you are paying in the room the breakfast is very poor in terms of both, variety and quality. Plus the service was slow in both kitchen and waiters. 3. Dining In: I simply ordered 2 French fries, how hard is that order. We got it stale fries as it was taken from open buffet, it has paprika on it really?

While the overall experience was pleasant, I did encounter a couple of issues. The noise from the cleaning staff, especially after midnight, was quite disruptive. Additionally, I could hear guests in the neighboring room talking, which affected my ability to relax. These aspects detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Well designed and spacious. Staff are very helpful and attentive; George at the front desk graciously offered us late check out when he learnt that our flight is late in the evening, also Mahmoud the concierge offered us a limousine when we missed our shuttle to the airport.

Value for money-the price is too high compared to similar properties. Restaurants play loud music, too loud for a restaurant. Location is far from amenities or activities, adding cost to the stay for commuting.

The waiter (Hager) at the lobby wasn't polite, her attitude was rude to us.
