Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Room was quiet and comfortable. Personnel was friendly. We used this hotel to be near the international exhibition center. Using Uber to get to other hotels was easy and inexpensive.

The pillows! Their billing system seems too complicated, took like 20 min for check out. Had a deposit for room charges and used taxi service several times.book it with concierge we were told, only to go back to front desk to confirm that we had charges approved and that several times, was annoying. No alcohol at this hotel (at least didn’t see it on menu)

This was our first visit to Cairo, and staying at the Triumph Luxury Hotel made it an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff's dedication to maintaining a pristine environment was evident and greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor and a welcoming ambiance that made us feel instantly at home. One of the highlights of our stay was spending our days by the beautiful outdoor pool. The serene setting, combined with excellent poolside service, made for a perfect way to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, Triumph Luxury Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We are already looking forward to our next stay and hope to return soon to this wonderful city and hotel. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and top-notch service.

I've been lodged at 3rd floor in an Executive Room. Breakfast restaurant in ground floor and near the pool is kept in excellent clean condition, perfectly attended by very good waiters and with excellent choice of food offerings, including fresh made bread in the wood oven. A particular thanks goest to reception attendants Ms. Eman El Sayed and Mr. Ibrahim Bassiony who attended me so well providing a lot of useful informations. Another particular big thanks goes to a waiter manager attending the WVPA coffee meeting, who offered me an incredible fresh strawberry juice, just after asking him a simple bottle of water; he was really good and so nice person, but I cannot remember his name. Also the swimming pool is clean and well maintained.

While the gym has Technogym equipment in vast majority, it seems to be badly managed, with unclean instruments and low cleaning through all the room. Also few available rubber carpets were very dirty. In addition the steam room (hammam) has a not well closing door, seems not too clean and is really small, as the nearby sauna. Towel management is also poor and sometimes mixed with dirty towels from previous persons. The impression is that the gym and sauna services do not belong to the hotel, being subcontracted.

Kindness and professionalism. I liked the check-in via app messages, the gym, and the bathroom. The two restaurants offer a good variety of food for over a couple of days, with excellent service and good prices.

The bad was comfortable enough, although I experienced more comfortable ones. The air conditioning system in the room is boisterous, and I had to turn it off every night or if I wanted to watch a film. It is common in many hotels, though, and I keep asking myself how companies didn't develop low-noise fan systems to climate the room!

staff hospitality was good , the gate pass security is not recognizing guests, the air fresheners is so Strong in all floors ,

I stayed for 9 nights , At Urgent leave the hotel didn't refund anything even for 1 night Food Quality is so low and not Varity, Insisting of chasing the guests names and room numbers , I asked the staff for one more bread , they start questions , Internet was so poor , i could receive or call any of my family or schedule meetings

The staff was extremely professional and courteous. They were all very attentive. Thank you Ibrahim at the front desk and Karim in the main restaurant. The entire stay was very delightful and guest relations were constantly checking in with us via WhatsApp to make sure we didn’t need anything. We even lost an item which was retrieved immediately by lost and found.

I enjoyed my stay very much and I found the hotel staff extremely kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was beyond my expectations, and in particular the service was exemplary. I feel everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Nothing. I loved all the facilities at the hotel.

The staff are genuinely welcoming & very helpful , the rooms are cozy & spacious , the food quality is good specially the breakfast was quite delicious. The gym is spectacular for a hotel’s gym. The location is great & away from the busy city noises. A special thanks to Lina for helping us with our checkout process.

The wifi is pretty slow , couldn’t make my video conferences so i had to use my cellular data which was much better in comparison .. when cleaning the rooms there was still a bit of dust on the tables.
