Staff are super friendly and attend to your needs in timely manner. They are professional in their demeanor and very polite in speaking. The room overall is also exceptional including the bath tub. My niece enjoyed using it. The pool and breakfast was also very nice.

I am not sure but I think the bed was a little smaller for a twin size bed. Also I hope the tv was wall mounte so there is more space to place a little bigger table.

Tha pool was perfect, allthough it was windy outside. The guy that added the bed in our room was so discret, we didn't realise when he finished his job. The richest breakfast that we ever had. At the end of oru breakfest a lady came to us to apolagise for any incovenience that we might experienced, given the fact that it was a crowded morning. We'll come back for longer stays.

The fact that the pool form the PR3 level was closed and that wasn't writen (public) anywere. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant. The waiter was very nice and the food was good, but not for a 5 Star Hotel. The Hotel looks much nicer then that reastaurant.

- very poor service by the pool 1. When you bring hot fat food - napkins are mandatory 2. When you're asked to bring napkins - it means you're asked to bring the napkins, not doing nothing and waiting for the guest to start chasing you to repeat the ask again 3. When someone is eating pizza/sandwich - it's not the best time to ask him to pay with a card! Especially given you don't bother bringing the napkins! 4. There are actually multiple areas around the pool and one of them is by the sandy beach. The remote calls neither work well there nor the waiters come there often 5. WiFi is very slow around that area - furniture in the room is very very old and one can see it with a naked eye - you've missed the request to bring an extra bad to the room twice

Review of Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Our stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi was truly unforgettable. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we felt like true Arabian royalty. Our magnificent room offered breathtaking views of the palaces and the sea, creating an atmosphere of absolute comfort and luxury. The staff at the hotel is exceptional – attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and the impeccable quality that Hyatt is known for. The hotel's location is also excellent. Right across from it is the famous the Palace ht, and nearby is the main palace of Abu Dhabi, which we assume belongs to the ruling Sheikh. The area also features a stunning waterfront promenade, perfect for walking and relaxing. I love walking, and this location provided plenty of opportunities to explore on foot. Additionally, Marina Mall is close by, offering even more places to visit. As Abu Dhabi is situated on islands, the surrounding sea enhances the overall experience, making it even more picturesque and peaceful. The city is not overcrowded, which adds to the comfort and serenity of the stay. The only minor inconvenience was the road nearby, which is a bit noisy, but given the location, there are no real alternatives. However, this was a very small issue and did not affect our overall impression. In conclusion, this was a fantastic trip, and we were absolutely delighted. If you are looking for a combination of comfort, luxury, and impeccable service, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is the perfect place to stay!

Just finished our 8-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi - this was our fourth time here and it was great as always. The breakfast and dinner staff really make this place special. Abdo was amazing - Always remembered what we liked and took great care of us. Sali, Sabbir and Reimi were also fantastic - friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond.Special thanks to Sara the manager. The hotel itself is very nice with good facilities and rooms. We'll definitely be back again. If you're looking for a good hotel with excellent service, this is a solid choice. I'd recommend going with the half-board option - it's totally worth it.

Everything was perfect! Such a beautiful place, service was awesome - everyone was very nice and friendly, helpful all the time when you need an advice. Housekeeping service was great! We had also a breakfast included- and it was the best choice we could make, breakfast was so delicious! So many options from everything, you could come anytime and all options were still availbale - they were taking a great care of us! The pool and beach, we loved it! Thank you for perfect start of our vacation in UAE. 100% satisfied and i would recommend everyone to come here and try on their own!

Lovely looking hotel and The Pearl lounge in particular was nice for food and drinks.

I would personally say it's more of a 4 star hotel based on the breakfast & buffet food and room amenities. The breakfast is nice enough but lacks 5 star quality, the same goes for the buffet. The breakfast was a reasonable price but we felt the buffet dinner was a little steep. There was a fridge in the room which lacked beverages (nothing in the minibar). There was a nice sized bath in the room but again lacked face wash, bubble bath etc. We had cocktails in one of the bars but in comparison to other 5 star hotels, it lacked a bit of quality by way of strength in the alcohol. Verdict: lovely hotel but lacks in areas in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in for similar money.

There was an unpleasant smell in the shower

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing excellent assistance throughout our visit—from check-in to check-out. Our room exceeded expectations, offering fantastic features. My husband, who smokes, particularly appreciated having a balcony, and the stunning view made it even more special. We chose this hotel because of its ideal location for the marathon, and it could not have been more convenient. The beach and swimming pool were beautifully maintained, offering clean and relaxing spaces to unwind. One evening, we enjoyed drinks at Lexx on the terrace, which was a delightful experience. This hotel truly impressed us, and the next time we visit Abu Dhabi, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Nothing not to like

Our first visit to Abu Dhabi and, happily, an excellent choice of hotel. We had adjoining rooms and loved the balcony and view from the 17th floor. Our room was well kitted out and the air conditioning worked well (and was much needed!). The pool area and beach were generously sized and well appointed. Verso restaurant in the basement was a good experience and we also enjoyed the lounge area overlooking the rear of the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, as were the concierge/door staff in securing taxis etc. All round, a very positive experience and would stay here again.
