The staff were so helpful and friendly all the time. Probably the best customer service I have seen in a while. Awais (I think I spelt it correctly), was so kind every morning at breakfast and he always brought my daughter a baby chair and toddler friendly cutlery without fail. Breakfast was tasty with a very good selection and the waiters were so great. A special thanks to Mahammed and Ruhul who always brought my daughter what she needed. Housekeeping was equally quick to respond when we needed something (water, towels etc). The garlic fried rice on the in room dining menu was our favourite! Travelling with a toddler can be tough but I love how the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The hotel was a bit far from Yas island and corniche area where we spent a lot of time. We ended up using the taxi service a lot, however our family lived close by hence why we chose the location (walking distance to their apartment). So not a fault of the hotel, just mentioning it for those planning specific itineraries.

Overall the staff was amazing. The team went out of the way to help us with everything. Special thanks to Awais, Chef Gayatri, Tharu, Jennica, Jyoti, Manan, Krishnan & Binah. You all made this stay worthwhile. The food was good, the chef accomodated our daily need for Jain food. Overall wonderful. If I disregard the location, the overall experience was a simple 10/10.

Only consider that the location is off. No buses / shuttles / other public transport available to go anywhere, so cabs would be the only way to travel. This can add to the overall trip cost fast. While cabs will be available easily during peak leaving time, during the slack period it will also take you another 15 minutes.

The staffs were all good and helpful with everything we needed most especially Negi who accepted us with a big smile and also Binah was very helpful to us when we had breakfast on our last day at the facility.

Everything was all okay until the day we left as my wife left her phone in the room. Minutes after we had left, we called to check with the team and they told us the phone wasn’t there which wasn’t true because the phone was left on the bed when we had left. It’s either, the place wasn’t checked properly or the cleaner who went to the room to clean it up took the phone.

The staff are great. From FO, bellman to F&B, everyone did a great job. F&b bina go extra mile. I received a complimentary fruit basket. Kudos to the housekeeping team, too.

Location. Booking.com showed it downtown but is away from n hard access attractions. Spent on texi. The breakfast ispread s not so great.

It's a nice and relaxing place, clean and big room, bathroom is clean and the bathtub is big, the complimentary cake also is tasty, thank you for the lady who served in our room in the late night, I forgot her name, she offered the IRD with a big smile and friendly, thank you for Ms. Jyoti in the reception for warm welcome and a friendly service., this is our second time to come in your hotel. I hope to see you soon.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the vicinity of the ADNEC conference centre, with high quality-price ratio. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice.

Possibly related to construction works in the hotel neighbourhood, there was a lingering paint/solvent smell in some areas, notably (in the last couple out of a 5 nights stay) in my room. I expect this to be temporary.

Nothing is there to be not liked in this property Seriously I am not exaggerating but there is nothing that anyone can say is not good in this property

The property was cleaned every day, every day of our stay we received clean towels, coffee, and water in our room.

The only negative experience we had was the fire alarm that ran in the middle of the night and the smoke that got into the rooms on the 4th floor, where our room was. Then the strange explanation that it was a kind of training, which apparently wasn't.

Only one thing came up to our attention during a stay - corridor and room odor... I believe smell came from the old carpet inside the room. Better if they use some scent for corridors. And do proper shampoo cleaning of carpets (or more better to replace for new one) In general was pleasant stay for this money.
