We had an absolutely fantastic stay at your hotel. Thankyou so much for making us so welcome. It was our 16th wedding anniversary and you went to great efforts to make the room special with rose petals sprinkled around the room and in a heart shape on the bed, a lovely note to us, a bottle of cava, cakes and chocolates. It meant a great deal. Thankyou! Staff throughout our stay were excellent: helpful, knowledgable, smart and happy. Having run hotels before I know it’s all about the people. Yours are proper 5 star quality.

Ha! nothing at all

The staff are exceptional. I was treated like Royalty from the moment I stepped in front of hotel. Very, very clean facility. I even shared same elevator with famous Spanish singer Raphael. I actually didn't know who he was but one of the staff asked if I knew who he was, I said "no". But I said does he know who I was. And obviously not. But I am 1% of the world's rarest colored eyes. The natural blonde hair, green-eyed blonde combo is extremely rare. So Raphael and I share good greetings together. Classic Jax Studios has a famous song written about me called Green eyed Blonde. The main floor bar/restaurant is fantastic. Oh, and the Ceasar salad was the best I've ever had, and the cheeseburger is very good. You should order both...... top notch

I was upgraded to a bigger and nicer room. But unfortunately it was facing a school in a high-rise that has kids screaming outside all day. And balcony door seemed to lost is sound barrier to avoid noises. So I didn't have a quiet room also because was floor below rooftop, so I heard noises of chairs moving in the evening. So, I'd say this room was a downgrade. Ask for a room on lower than 6 and not facing school.

Value for money. Expensive compared to other locations we have stayed in. Although a suite it had no view to justify over 1000 euros per night.

The hotel has an excellent location, complemented by very helpful staff and nicely appointed rooms. The highlight of my stay was the inclusion of a water rinser in the toilet, a rare and appreciated amenity in European countries. This thoughtful feature significantly enhanced my comfort and convenience during my stay. I am thoroughly impressed by the overall quality and attention to detail at this establishment and would definitely return in the future.

I can away with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel had everything we needed, we had a standard double room and it was very spacious and was lovely and clean. The staff were all amazing. They really could not have been more helpful with everything. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Hall !!!! Unbelievable service and amazing food and drinks!! You need to eat there - it's fantastic 💐 the breakfast have for everyone something and it is in a beautiful garden. On the rooftop are many events but it's a good place to have a drink. If you search a calm dinner or tapas without wind - go to the hall 😁

I think they want you to feel in a palace, but the old keys system is a little bit annoying.. no card but big key that you have to keep with concierge every time you leave the hotel..

Bathrooms really need updating! The unfortunately let down the rest of the rooms(we stayed in 2 different rooms and both had quite worn bathroom facilities)
