The hotel is new and modern. It has a nice sky bar and a small pool with a nice view. It is close to the bus station from where you have connections to the main tourist objectives. The cleaning was done daily and the staff is very friendly. The check in was planned after 3PM. I arrived 3 hours early and they already had the room ready and i was able to check in. Very much appreciated.

I did not like the policy that they have. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Initially my wife and I chose this hotel just because the location was very convenient for what we needed, but it turned out to be an amazing discovery. Our room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We loved everything about this place, especially the rooftop bar. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Barcelona.

Loved everything!

The room was generally quite nice, spacious & comfortable. The bed felt high quality from the quilt to the pillows. The room was quiet, no disturbance from the hallway or street noise. Staff were experienced, friendly & professional. The doormen were professional & engaging, ensuring no issues were faced coming or going from the building. Everything was so clean! Just a 20 minute walk from a lovely beach. City center was only 15 min on public transport.

Not a strong criticism, however I am a little uneasy with the 50 euro a night room deposit charge. Staying for 8 nights myself, I could see this charge being an issue for someone who may not expect it. It is noted on the important info (see payment confirmation pdf), however comparable hotels do not do this from my experience. The room bathroom had a wet room, which caused the fire alarm to go off if the bathroom door war closed. When I phoned reception, I was told to keep bathroom door open & in addition the bedroom window which should solve the issue. It worked, although not ideal that I could not turn the heat up past lukewarm for the trip.

Well situated location, close to a Westfield for quick shopping and close to grocery shops. Multiply different stations for metro or tram travel. Good restaurants close by. Clean and secured building with a nice restaurant and bar upstairs

Had some issues with room maintenance, air con not working notified staff no fuss changed rooms for us, second room reading light broken and unable to turn off, notified staff immediately couldn’t be rectified on day due to public holiday (that’s fine) had a work around for the night but was not rectified at all for stay

Small rooftop swimming pool with a bar. Well for cooling not for swimming. Good breakfast. Polite stuff. Generally cozy. Rather clean.

705 — is a cursed room. I couldn’t switch off the light at night. One lamp had technical issue, I had to hit to turn it off (manager showed me it). One lamp continued lighting after switching off all lights. Than it turned off and then after couple off minutes turned on again. It was at 1am. Very scary. Stuff tried to help. They reloaded electricity in my room but the issue remained. It fixed by itself. The next night it happened again. I hated it. Also Netflix and youtube didn’t work. I told it girl at the reception. She sad somebody would check bit nothing changed. Also I recommend that the cleaners wash the sink cabinet.

My stay at Labtwentytwo Hotel in Barcelona was simply unforgettable! The rooms were spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned every day, ensuring maximum comfort and cleanliness. I also want to highlight the panoramic rooftop pool, offering stunning views of the city. Enjoying Barcelona while swimming in the pool and watching the sunset was an indescribable pleasure. All of this created an unforgettable experience, and I can confidently say that this hotel is the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy Barcelona in maximum comfort and pleasure. I will definitely return in the future!

Amazing property in central location. The staff was friendly and we felt safe. The room and bathroom were so modern and clean.

No complaints about the property. Just be careful with the snacks in the room. The signage is misleading, as it encourages you to enjoy the refreshments “on them” but really only meant the bottled water on the counter. We both read thoroughly in disbelief because we’re used to seeing a dollar amount or instructions for payment. Very trivial and we won’t hold that against them, will highly recommend still!

The hotel is as good as new as it only opened this year. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. On the top floor. There is an outdoor pool, which made a very well-kept impression. This invites you to cool off but is less suitable for sporty swimming. In the basement there is a fitness room, which made a very good impression. However, we would recommend a run along the beautiful promenade on the beach. The breakfast is not very extensive in its selection, but still very good.

The hotel is a little out of the way. The Rambla del Poblenou street is within walking distance and attracts with many restaurants, cafes and bars. However, the city center and the beach are 20-30 minutes' walk away.

A modern, friendly, and very comfortable stay. The staff were great, and my stay left nothing to be desired. Barcelona maps are impossible to navigate, and Google Maps are not much better. But once you have found your way around, it is basically OK. Public transport is a bit hard to fathom. But once at the hotel, all was great. Breakfast was excellent, and the 14-floor restaurant was great. The swimming Pool was VERY cold. Be prepared to walk in Barcelona. The people are friendly and helpful, but language is a problem - there is not much English.

Super modern and chic hotel! When we arrived we had a wow effect due to the design and interior of the hotel. The hotel room was also really great. The rooftop terrace with panoramic pool and comfortable seating offered a wonderful view over the city. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was also very tasty and a great selection. We especially liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. Even though the hotel is a little out of town, the nearest bus stop to the city center is only 5 minutes away. All in all, we can highly recommend the hotel. Really great.
