We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and absolutely loved our experience from start to finish. Upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an executive room, which instantly made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The staff were exceptional; always friendly, helpful, and solution oriented. Every interaction left us feeling well taken care of. We didn’t encounter a single issue during our stay, and we are already certain that we will choose this hotel again for our next visit to Barcelona. The location could not be more perfect. Just steps away from Plaça de Catalunya, with the Aerobus from the airport stopping only a 2–3 minute walk from the hotel. There’s a 24/7 supermarket right across the street and countless restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute walk. All major bus and metro lines are just around the corner, making it effortless to reach every part of the city. Honestly, I can’t imagine a better base for exploring Barcelona. We’re already looking forward to our return!

Location was great. Room was excellent, great balcony, extremely comfortable bed and spotlessly clean, well done to the housekeeping team. Toiletries provided, even including toothbrushes, and a powerful hairdryer. Shower lovely. Small problem with the jacuzzi bath, resolved almost immediately. breakfast had wide selection and open until midday. The staff were wonderful, thank you Sergiu, Alex and Anna for all your support and kindness during my stay. I stay in hotels with work most weeks, and your customer care and attention to detail is the best I have received - well done.

Nothing to dislike

When we arrived we felt welcome, the staff were friendly and efficient and gave us information regarding the area. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The shower in particular was excellent, although you need to know how to change the function which was a little fiddly. The bed was changed and new towels provided every day. The breakfast options were what you expect in any hotel. They allowed us to keep our bags on the final day so that we could walk around before we went to the airport. An excellent hotel and a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Barcelona.

the breakfast was very rich and satisfying. the dining room staff were super nice and helpful. the room was ok, apart from some little maintenance required - sink was clogged when we got to the room and upon request they immediately fixed it. Another example was the bathroom door that didn't close well, so after each shower water sprayed into the room. not big deals, but something that could have been avoided with proper maintenance.

After a week stay, we expected to be let a free late checkout of 2 hours. the front desk refused. to be fair i must tell that they offered free baggage storing, which we used and were finally ok with. yet we had to rearrange our baggage and change cloths for the airport in the dining room's restroom, which wasn't a great experience...

Very good location next to plaza catalunya, everything was in a walking distance (metro,shops,food,buses,aerobus) and the area was very safe even at night. For the hotel, it was very clean, rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. They also kept our luggage till late at night after we checked out because our flight was at midnight and we could also stay at their terrace till we left for the airport. Breakfast was very tasty and had a variety of foods (both savory and sweets, all types of coffee, juices etc). The hotel as a building was very modern and so were the rooms. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and it’s a value of money, we stayed for 7 days and have no bad things to say! The location of the hotel is the best (I think, anyway, without meaning that the rest are not important as well). There are very few good hotels in that area thus, this is its most appreciated quality. It is right in the middle of both sides of the city therefore, you can have equal distances from the old town (including the Gothic Quarter, El Born and even down to Barcelonetta) and from the new town (Eixample) and even up to Gracia, allowing easy access to all the best parts and sites. The staff was great as well, ready to help where needed and sometimes get over and above as well - both in the reception and in the breakfast room (easy to talk to, always eager to help, with humour as well - it is a large part as well and plays a role in how you start and finish your holiday; it is something special for you and they know it). In terms of facilities, you have to consider that this is a city break hotel therefore you need to stick to the most crucial: hot pressured water was readily available however, always remember to save water. It was clean as well and comfy (both the beds and the pillows, as well as the room itself, including the wardrobe area, very convenient) and spacious enough. The fact that the shower room, the toilet room and the washing area were separate, got some time to get used to, but then proved very convenient and smart. And the pillows, omg, need to mention these again :) P.S. great city view as well in our room!

Not really much - probably just the fact that the sink was a bit shallow and difficult to use but, other than that, we can't find any real weaknesses.

The bright room was quite comfortable with a window that opened, as well as a very good thermostat system. The curtains also worked well, to darken any unwanted light. The location is lively and very central yet, quite at night. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Bathroom was very dark with no shelves for toiletries, nor towels. The hooks for towels were in the shower which made no sense. The “terrace” is an outdoor space with no views. However, lovely if you want to work outside with some fresh air and sunshine.

Room was small, but was thoughtfully designed with contemporary theme. Note of caution: the glass partition between the toilet and half the length of the bathtub was, to our surprise, moveable. We had to be careful not to lean against it or hold on to it when we get out of the bath. The hotel we stayed in València just before Barcelona had similar partition design but the glass was fixed permanently to the bathtub. All the staff we came across in the hotel - the reception, housekeeping and at breakfast, was helpful and cheerful. Location was very good, next to a huge shopping mall and less than 200 meters from the airport bus stop and away from the main tourist crowd.

Elderly guests may need something to hold on to when they get out of the bathtub. The movable glass partition is not ideal.

The location was great. A few minutes walk from Plaza de Catalunya. You can see all attractions by walking. Breakfast was pretty good. Roldan and Pilar, who were at the service part in the kitchen, were so friendly and helpful. They even brought a surprise birthday cake to the room. The bed was so comfortable. There is free coffee service from 12 to 6.

The bathroom sink is in the room. I didn’t like the ideas of washing my face and brushing my teeth in the room. It was leaking water everytime I had a shower.

Every staff member I met was so helpful and friendly. The location really can't be beat. Despite being so central the rooms are very quiet and the soundproofing on the windows is excellent. Great decor.

I was sad the much talked about breakfast didn't include any vegan options I could eat despite that being a thing mentioned. I was told I'd have to order that in advance by a day or two. The rooms are pretty small and could be improved with a couple simple additions like some hooks on the walls for towels and in the entryway to maximize storage space. Nowhere to hang a wet towel or hand towel.
