I was pleasantly surprised by the big rooms and the incredibly comfortable bed. The amazing cold AC was a perfect touch, especially during the hot days. Additionally, the secure parking and the fantastic price made my stay even better. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience with the GPS, my stay was very enjoyable.

One thing I didn’t like was that the GPS kept giving me the wrong location, repeatedly sending me to the adjacent building. This meant I had to drive around and make U-turns several times, which was quite frustrating. However, I understand this is not the hotel's fault but an issue with Google Maps.

How close it is to everything I needed. And the front desk doesn't micro manage how many ppl you have over... I loved the jacuzzi tub... I'm a big girl n my man is 6'2" 230lbs and we fit comfortably in it together with enough room for "activities"... plus the water is super hot n the ac/heater works great...

Having to leave and how long the elevator takes to get to the bottom floor... also the parking lot is a little tight

Lona was an amazing helpful staff member. As soon as I came in I was so stressed out tired and overwhelmed. I came to check in and realized it was a few mins early. Lona assured me it was not a problem. She had my room already available check in process was quick easy

No breakfast. Didnt have electricity in half of room which included tv, fridge, and microwave for first 3 days. Maid staff went above and beyond to assist me with this problem. Thank you very much

Receptionist was very friendly and the staff were friendly.

The only thing that was bothersome was that the pull out couch bed, the cover, had a wet stain on it so we took it off the mattress and used the sheet from the bed to cover the mattress. Other than that , I would probably stay there again but make sure if we are going to need the couch bed , I would check in there before I actually keep the room. That is all!

The dresser beneath the television had three drawers, and two of them were broken; the television was small; the toilet seemed to take a while just to flush--i don't know if that's a water conservation thing or what; the people in the room next to mine got confused and tried to enter my room while i was there; during check-in, the desk staff spent more time talking to each other than taking care of me; also, the garbage cans outside on the balconies were overflowing with trash when i arrived.

I like this place because it's close to all the shopping outlet s at the mall. There are many different food options. Everything is within walking distance from the motel.

The only thing that I can say was a dislike for when we were there is that the soda machine was out of every kind of soda in it., for the whole day

This hotel is basic. Very clean.24 hour front desk service.Security.Pool. Affordable. Great mini fridge. Microwave. I tipped the cleaning staff well before my check out. They work super hard. And are friendly.

Bring your own coffee maker, coffee and filters !! The coffee maker is a literal joke.🤣 The key card kept not working. I would have to go down to the front desk several times during our stay to remind them how long my stay was so they could reactivate the key card for that long.

The motel was in the middle of area I had to travel in .it's a quiet area I got much needed sleep
