Uber complimentary service from and to the airport. We were only here for a night but the room was comfortable, big with high ceilings and nice windows. The beds were great as well.

My only complaint is that management had a letter up by the reception about extra fees for using the rooms for surgery and finding blood or body fluids. After googling, I think maybe people use the hotel for recovery after plastic surgery? But that just grossed me out.

Reception staff were good, efficient and friendly.

- room cleaning , 2 times my room was not cleaned. Once they knocked on the door in the morning, I told them that I would leave soon. But anyway , when i cam back late afternoon, the room was not done. The second time, I left at 10am, came back around 1pm stayed in my room for 15 minutes to change and left , came back around 6:30pm...room not done. The cleaning lady saw me coming and going out. One thing I did not like at all, was the speaker in the room, shouting loud in my room, testing the fire system, I presume. I almost had an hart attack.

Close to the airport, clean, great option for emergency situations. I missed my flight due to a delay and needed a hotel quickly as it was already past midnight. They were fully available.

I booked with booking but upon arrival the man at the reception said that booking wouldn't input the information timely so my reservation "wasn't showing" therefore I wouldn't be able to get the room until after 3am. Per booking.com I was going to pay $171. The man tells me he can get me a better deal at $124 if I cancel my reservation with booking... I ended up paying $184 "because $50 extra for any incidents" which there wasn't any and I wasn't even offered a refund.

The room was large, and beds were comfortable. Nice open shower and bathroom. I did not use the pool area as it was only an overnight stay, but it was a very large pool, area and deck looked inviting. I enjoyed watching the airplanes fly by in the morning before we checked out.

Customer service was not great. It was late at night, and I waited several minutes to check in because the girl behind the desk area was on the phone. It was not customer call as the conversation was a personal conversation. I was not given instructions on parking or the location of my room. I had to ask about these things.

Great location to be near the airport. It’s not downtown or at the beach, but it is right next to the airport. Starbucks is in the parking lot, as well as chipotle. But there are other places to eat around. Uber to South Beach was $20 in the morning, and the Uber back was $25. It was only a 15-20 minute ride. Great location for us, since we were just there for a weekend in Miami, and had to be at the airport at 6am the next day. Aloft will pay to have an Uber Pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel. They did the same to get back to the airport. That was better than using a shuttle. The employees were all AWESOME. Great stay. Oh, our room overlooked the airport, so we could watch planes taking off and landing anytime, pretty close to the hotel. But the windows were almost soundproof, so it never was a disturbance. I love flying, so I was loving it. If we need an airport hotel in Miami again, we will stay here. One more thing, El Pollo Inka restaurant across the street was great too!

We didn’t really have any issues with anything. They even let us drop our bags off early in the morning after our flight arrived in a secure room off the lobby until our room was ready for Check-In in the afternoon. We had a great experience.

I liked the theme of theme hotel. Location was also good. Clean

I would liked it more if Parking was already included in the price, instead of having to pay it separately upon arrival. Me as a guest I would rather pay everything at once. The room we stayed in, didn't have a big mirror in which you can see your whole outfit, this is important for females. The breakfast was limited to $15 for a maximum of two people, meanwhile we were a total of four people in the room. Would love to see improvements in these areas.

The property was spacious , clean and welcoming. We had a family room with 2 large bed and a bathroom that was good to not feel compress when the 4 of us were in the room. The staff was very nice and offered us a Uber free of charge to go to the airport. They had a swimming pool - a ping pong table - some game to play -

The chairs on the pool side cool have been cleaner but I think this is due to the weather and they provide towel for you to lounge there as well.

Close to the airport and there are eatery close by. Fitness center has everything to a basic morning workout

This is not for this hotel but rather for booking.com. I have booked two rooms via Booking website and got the confirmation. However when I reached the hotel there is only one room booked in the hotel's system. It looks like Booking failed to book pass alone our booking request to Aloft. We had to contact Booking's customer service to sort it out. We had waited for about 30min to complete the check-in and get to our rooms.

The room was everything we needed for a one night layover between flights, comfortable and all facilities needed. Uber was organised by the hotel for transfers to and from airport. Staff were very helpful on finding an issue with the booking. Slept well and returned to the airport following a good nights sleep. Would stay again if transiting Miami.

On arrival the hotel couldnt locate our booking via Booking.Com although I had all the relevant information, fortunately we were able to book another room but not at the price originally booked via Booking.Com so it cost us extra money. Not sure if the booking issue was due to the hotel or Booking.Com

We spent one night here when our flight was delayed. Room was clean, modern and quiet. Bed was super comfortable Staff was absolutely impeccable and available 24/7. Every member of hotel lobby staff we met went above and beyond.

Breakfast was really minimal and breakfast staff uninterested, The view is meh but since it’s more of an airport hotel it doesn’t really matter
