Staff made us feel completely welcome! Very comfortable. Location is fabulous, that it's very near the bustle of Ocean Ave, yet away enough that it's not noisy for restful times. The hotel and area has its own vibe, reflecting on the days past with photos of movie stars who stayed and filmed there. The ocean is steps away with lovely beach, loungers and towels included. Short walk for shopping essentials too. For those who still like to smoke there is a lovely courtyard for smoking. Highly recommended!

We LOVED staying at the Cardozo. The location was perfect for an evening stroll along Ocean Drive, for the beach and also a bike ride around the local area. The actual hotel was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, stylish rooms, and an attractive lobby and bar. We especially loved the little courtyard filled with plants and somewhere chilled to relax. Staff were polite and helpful - from servers (Frankie) to lending us bikes to explore. Would come back in a heartbeat and definitely recommend to others. Thanks so much

I really liked how new and pretty the bedrooms are, even though is a small building they make the environment to be cozy! Also, their location is the best at ocean drive and all the staff were helpful and polite with us. I highly recommend this place!

Just a note but I know it wasn’t their fault: the access to the avenue (ocean drive) in front of the hotel was closed so we had to park a bit away and take out all the luggage until the hotel walking on the street with them, but everything went well.

The location, the friendliness of the staff. Indy, Tomas and Kim were super nice and gave us great advice where to go have fun. They set up bikes for us! And once we checked out we left our suitcases and they let us borrow chairs and towels to go to the beach before heading to the airport! I loved everything about the hotel and will be coming back and will be recommending it too!!

The location and size of the room with two bathrooms. Very nice

I had booked the suite with one room with a double bed and one room with a sofa bed. When we arrived late in the evening, we went into the room and the sofa was closed and the bed had not been made (they knew that 4 of us were coming). A maid arrived and put the sheets in our hands, so that after a 12-hour journey we had to make our bed to go to sleep.

This is a great hotel, located in Ocean Drive, the very best location in Miami Beach. The hotel is great, modern, comfortable, the staff is very pleasant and friendly. In particular: the Mexican manager and Luis, the Brazilian receptionist. Free wifi works fine. We will be happy to return next year.

On Ocean Drive, rooms art deco style but in a low Maintenace manner not lux. Cleanliness was good and although above the busy street noise wasn't a problem. Owned by Gloria Estefan! Perfectly good enough as a base.

The rooms felt a bit basic. Bathroom was small. Shower not very powerful. Although accessible not ideal perhaps research a bit further if you have that requirement. Included breakfast is ordered from a short list of options and the cooked options were tasty.

The Cardozo is a fabulous hotel in a perfect location! We absolutely loved our trip to south beach. This hotel is immaculate in every way and the staff are so lovely. They went to extra special efforts to make our stay memorable as it was a special occasion for my boyfriends birthday. Thank you hotel Cardozo

Everything was clean and great. People are so friendly and helpful. The area is perfect to enjoy day and night. During the day they provide towels and chair for beach and also they have bikes to ride. I really recommend the place even if outside the music at night is laughable into the room you can have the peaceful you need to rest. Love the place.

Perfect location on South Beach. Directly across Ocean Drive from Lummus Park and in the Art Deco district. Easy walk to Lincoln Road Mall. Rooms were new tile and beds and bathrooms. The front desk staff were fantastic and moved my room upon request. Sebastian at the front desk was very knowledgeable and efficient and helped with questions perfectly.

House music from the restaurant was annoying on the second floor rooms on the Ocean Drive side of hotel, as was the dinging of the elevator. I recommend rooms on the back side (west, toward Collins Ave).
