The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming right from check-in through to departure. Their friendly demeanor made me feel at home instantly. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as beach towels and chairs. Location was perfect for a beach getaway, and having access to beach chairs was a definite plus.

I found it unconventional and somewhat inconvenient that the sink was located in the main room rather than in the bathroom. This arrangement made it feel less private and disrupted the typical room layout. cleanliness was a concern as I noticed some areas could have been cleaner upon arrival. The room felt a bit cramped, especially for the price point.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant attached - Limoncello’s - highly recommended.

Furniture, some bedding (had holes in) and some decor in need of TLC. Not as close to the beach as implied and view from room not great. Emptying the trash into metal containers below bedroom windows when guests likely to be sleeping is not a great idea.

The location was great--within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and other businesses. I also appreciated the chair and towel access on the beach. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff working during my stay were super friendly and helpful.

We reserved a room for (and paid for) four people, but only three of us came. The room was very small--a bit too small for more than two people, but we made it work. Even though we reserved for four, there were only two towel sets and one roll of toilet paper in the room. We kept having to ask for basics like this. Because you charge depending on how man will stay in the room, you should make sure to supply for that many.

The front desk staff was SO great. If I could give a higher rating just for the staff alone I would. They were accommodating and what they weren't able to accommodate they made up for in other ways.

Our room was a little run down but it was to be expected as we had read the reviews that the accessibility room (which we booked) was a bit run down but it was perfectly fine

Really kind staff and the hotel is pretty small so it feels more personal. Location is excellent, about 5min walk from the beach and chairs are complimentary by the hotel so you don't have to rent them on the beach. They also let you take beach towels for the day for free.

Some rooms are a bit noisy due to the restaurant on the first floor, but they did move us to the second floor which was way better for the noise. The rooms aren't very big, but they are very clean.

Heidi is AMAZING! She went above and beyond for us! Also I don’t his name but we had some assistance with the bags because the elevator was temporarily unavailable and he was so nice and friendly! Also the restaurant there is adorable! I would 100% stay here again! Also what a nice perk being so close to the beach and they even provide beach towels and chairs! 5 stars!!

The location for this hotel was fantastic, so much on the door step & minurs away from beach & Ocean drive. Staff were so lovely & they kept our luggage for us with no charge. There is also a restaurant in hotel & it was fabulous! Had the most delicious pasta dish.

Felt the room was a little worn, furniture bit shabby & stained. Room slept 4 but only two of us which was perfect as it would have been far too small for 4 people.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Casa Boutique Hotel in Miami and I must say that I had a satisfactory experience. The hotel was visually stunning, with beautiful decor and unique architectural features that made it stand out from other hotels in the area. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities that made my stay feel luxurious. However, I did find the hotel to be a little pricey compared to other options in the area. Despite this, I was impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my stay. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, shops, and attractions. In conclusion, I would recommend the Casa Boutique Hotel in Miami to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and unique experience in the city. While it may be a bit pricier than other options, the hotel more than makes up for it with its stunning design, top-notch service, and prime location. Overall, I had a fantastic time at the Casa Boutique Hotel and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Staff and service exceptional. They held our bags after check out due to the flight being at a later time. The rooms were very clean and nice. We got 2 free beach chairs on the beach due to staying at the hotel. Worth the money.

There was a foul smell in the hallway. The room was noisy u could hear the people above us walking and the walls are very thin. Sounds like an apartment complex. There wasn't any breakfast. The restaurant was okay. The food was average a but pricey but service was exceptional.

Very clean, lovely staff, they accommodated us early when a room became available at no cost, held our luggage after checkout and location feels very safe!

I believe our room was next to the restaurant’s kitchen that is in the same building and it was very loud. I didn’t request to move because we were on the go most of the time and they were closed by the time we got back to the room to sleep.
