What I like most about the chesterfield is the location. the rooms were clean.The front staff was nice i didn't get her name, but she was a very pleasant woman. She actually let us hold our luggage there since our crews got in early and provided us would be chairs and towels. Once the rooms were ready, we were able to go in and put our bathing suits on

The only thing that was a little nerve-wracking is I stay in Room 111, and there is a very high step into the bathroom. If you are a heavy drinker, you might fall into the bathroom. If you can't lift your leg/knee high or if you have mobility challenges, you might not be able to lift your leg. High to step into the bathroom. Fortunately for me, I paid attention, I don't drink a lot, and I have no mobility challenges

I stay here every single time, so I love it. Staff cool, the hotel is clean and modern plus the location is great

They need SAFES in each room for guests to feel a little more secure with their things being there. I can honestly say this is the only hotel that doesn't have them which is surprising. Also microwaves are definitely needed. Some people have leftover food from places but can't bring it with them because there is no way to reheat the food. It would be much more convenient if there was a way for guests to do that.

There is no early check in. I got to Miami at 10am they will hold your bags for you when you get there but check in is not until 3pm so you have to find something to do in the meantime. There was a $300 deposit at check in that I didn’t know I had to pay until getting there

I had an exceptional stay. I have stayed here a couple times before- a front room in the lily building (awesome) and a room 2nd floor to the right of the courtyard that I just stayed in…room 405! Love it. Not super big but nice- cool bathroom with mirror on the ceiling of the shower, and a ledge in the back of the shower that you could sit on. Would’ve been cool to have someone else in there…to check out the view. The gentleman that checked me in (wish I would’ve written down his name) was super nice and actually walked me to the gate at the entrance of the courtyard where my room was located. You had to enter a code to get in, so that contributed to the safety factor. Hardly anyone hanging in the courtyard and the noise was minimal. Loudest thing seemed to be people walking up and down the stairs…however that was usually at breakfast or going out at night. Great stay- thank you!!

I like the bathroom aesthetic and bedroom. The beds were really comfy and the room was a cozy vibe

I didn’t like that they put us on the first floor with all the noise from the bar. I feel like the first room should be for the people who attend the bar and want a room close by. It was very inconvenient.

Perfect location. We had the family suite, it was very spacious the two of us. Nice size bathroom & shower. We drove from Tampa and parked at the garage 2 blocks away. We did not have to drive anywhere.

Room cleaning is every 3 days, my stay was for 3 days, so cleaning never happened. I requested cleaning, and it was denied. I understand this helps sustainability, but at least, trash could be cleaned.

It’s in the heart of South Beach. The beach and restaurants was a short walk away. Shopping was near. Night life was fun, people were friendly. Beds comfortable, hotel is nice and lots to do. Happy hour!

Elevator only holds two people and not alot of luggage, it’s very small. Stairs are steep if you are on the 2nd and 3rd floors
