Room was clean and comfortable and recently renovated. There is a Free Shuttle from MIA to Hotel and from Hotel to Cruise port.

The location is out of the way for restaurants, so eat at the airport first. There is a Subway Sandwich near by walking distance, and a gas station for snacks.

From the start, it was a great experience. Called from the airport for the hotel shuttle, unlike other locations, the call was answered quickly. The person was polite and concise with directions on where to wait for the shuttle, which arrived within 15 min. The driver was also friendly and went out of his way to help everyone who boarded the vehicle. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by two wonderful ladies at the front desk. We got checked in in under 2 minutes and headed to our room. The room was clean and well appointed with zero complaints. The next morning, the free breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. It was filling and hot and did the job. We arranged for the free shuttle to the cruise port, along with basically everyone else in the hotel, so it was busy. But the 3rd party company that handled the cruise shuttles did a great job. They had a representative onsight arranging everything. We checked in with him, and he gave us an idea of when or van would be there. He even offered a pickup upon the ships return for us to get back to the airport. Although this cost $15.00 a person, it was comparable to taxis but less headache and turned out to be quicker. We saw upon return that the taxi line had several hundred people lined up. We walked to an assigned area, and our shuttle showed up within 10 min So, all in all, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be staying at this hotel every time we cruise from Miami.

The wait for shuttle to the pier was horrible. We almost took a taxi. It was over an hour late and then it took forever for the poor man to pack the bus with the luggage and then for us to leave the hotel. Also, at the airport every time the shuttle would arrive it was full and passed right by us.

Location is good for cruising. Also have a shuttle pick you up at airport. Room was good staff very friendly.

We arrived at airport at 10:00 pm. When we arrived at hotel the cruise shuttle was already booked full and we had to get an Uber to cruise port, which is why we chose this hotel. We like the hotel but needed a ride to cruise port.

Was comfortable and close to the port. The provided port shuttle was nice.

The room was very fresh and clean. Had everything we needed. As soon as I walk into the hotel, you notice how nice it smelt and how clean it was. The staff are friendly and they acknowledged you from the cleaning staff, Receptionist or Security. Breakfast is included in our price and the choice of food was reasonable. Originally, I was a bit worried before we got to the hotel as I had read the other reviews, which weren't favourable to this particular hotel.

That there isn't a bar. Once you give your card details, even though I paid upfront a few months ago. Little amounts came out of my bank account each day, but this wasn't explained to me at the time of checking in. This would have saved me uneccsasary worry. I knew about the 250-pound hold a week before. Unfortunately, at a previous holiday destination, this happened to me before with the little amounts going out of my bank account, but on that occasion, this was stolen from my account. Hence, my worry.

We were going on a cruise the next day. We particularly appreciated the free shuttles: from the airport to the motel and the shuttle to the cruise port.

We couldn’t get through to them about the shuttle from the airport so sadly we had to get an Uber. No dairy free milks available at breakfast was also disappointing.

Breakfast was okay, nothing special. upgraded room was nice,

the hard cold * dusty floors in room, Need to wear slippers. No enough racks/hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Forced scents in common areas was overpowering, and can cause some people to get headaches. Need less pungent scents like citrus or melon, and not heavy spices. Many different food delivery menues slipped under our door throughout night when ever some other guest on our floor had a restaurant deliver food.
