This is among one of my favourite hotels for overnight, because of its proximity to Miami International Airport, a reliable shuttle with pleasant drivers, and friendly and professional staff. In addition, I like to walk about in the area and choose from a variety of restaurants within walking distance. A few blocks away, you can a clean, organised Target Shop. I enjoy walking to the Target shop. The walk is safe and interesting. The Target is located in a small shopping centre where other interesting shops and conveniences can be found.

The breakfast was great.......... lots of choices. The room was cozy, and everything was very clean. Proximity to the airport was fantastic especially if you are overnighting to catch a flight in the morning. The receptionist/host on arrival was exceptional. She even walked me across the road to find some dinner and was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the area. Her choice was above par...... food was scrumptious. Overall, a wonderful experience and for sure this will be my choice stay whenever I am in Miami and need to overnight.

There was nothing to dislike about the place.

Great restaurant across the street called “The Catch of the Day “. Outstanding seafood and fun atmosphere. Very helpful workers at the front desk.they answered every question and stored our luggage while we ate and walked around. I will be booking them again. I was very satisfied with all the basics.

Room request was to be closer. We were on floor 2 and 6. Airport pick up was an hour wait after 2 phone calls, not every 15 minutes as advertised. Because of that we took an uber to the port which was cheaper than the $$ one from the hotel.

The breakfast could have been better. Fruit was limited as well as YUGurT. There was only 2 types of coffee, Decaf & BOLD. No medium coffee

Staff were friendly & the room was good with a fredge, but no Microwave. Again, the breakfast could have more variety. The room was great, as swell as the shower. The Shuttle drivers were the best.

I loved when I checked in. Quick and easy. She gave me a corner room that was perfect! Free washer and dryer on my floor. I just came back from a cruise and so glad I did not pay $15 for them to wash my clothes. Shuttle to the airport, no charge.. I even went on ahead and signed up for a Marriott number bc from now on, all things Marriott when traveling. Oh, I had my own soap to shower but they have it installed in the shower.. I tried the hotel’s, I slept so hard bc of the lavender in it!

Room, breakfast, cleanliness, quietness. Hotel staff was very friendly.

It may just be because of the time we checked in, but there was only one desk clerk available and line was quite long. Some could have helped out just until the line was handled. Once it was our turn, Karen was very friendly and efficient and apologetic for the wait.

The location is great. 5 minutes from the airport and I like the restaurant choices within walking distance. I also like the 20 minute walk the small shopping plaza that includes a pharmacy and a nice Target store.

The thick carpets make it hard to roll your suitcases.

had a lovely greeting from the reception staff, very friendly and helpful. easy to park, easy to check in. bed was super comfy. it was perfect for a one night stay. even the rooms had good sound proofing, you didnt hear any neighbors or doors of other rooms opening and closing.

Nothing, everything was great.

When I first booked the room it was for a King Suite; however, when I arrived it was simply a room with a King bed. I spoke to the front desk and she was understanding and apathetic and quickly and effectively found me a King Suite to stay in.

There was no mention of a parking fee (plus parking tax) prior to or during booking.This may not have changed my decision, but it would have been good to know during the booking process.

Satisfying breakfast and excellent location.

It’s not that there is anything I didn’t like. However I thought that two packages of coffee and the cups replaced on every service of the room. Additionally I found it rather disorienting that my reservation was allegedly not located in the system on arrival. Yet I received regular emails notifications reminders of my pending visit. Luckily I had my confirmation close to hand and it was only then my stay was granted. The reason given was that the reservation was in my middle initial and surname. Yet all of the notifications was addressed to my Christian (first) name. I found this to be very disturbing and disconcerting. I have always enjoyed my stays at your property. So I ponder why this uncomfortable experience should have occurred.
