The hotel was beautiful inside specifically the bar area, the way to the restaurant and pool area. The staff at the lobby, restaurant and pool were gentle and kind. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we were given by courtesy 3 cocktails which was really cool. We were given a special attention when we checked in with a specific receptionist. The location of the hotel next to beach is fantastic and you can enjoy the service of beach chairs included with it. The hotel is pretty closed to the Ocean Drive by walking distance. My brother was allowed to bring his dog to the room without issues. We were allowed for a late check out up to 30 minutes later.

As we have 1 baby there was not a place where we could warm her food up - not even in the restaurant apparently. I think the size of the room was a bit small to have 2 double beds. The cleaning of the wrong was not good as one day they forgot to restore the toilet paper and it looks the floor had some dust and some things from the previous day without being removed. The water in the pool did not have the best temperature as I think it was a bit cold for our taste.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room. Some very friendly staff. Lovely pool and beach area. Good value for money. Dealt with a very helpful staff member on day of checkout - catered for luggage being stored for later flight and arranged cheap taxi transfer to airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to request clean towels EVERY day! Were quick to deliver them to room most times. 5 paying guests in our suite but only 2 complimentary sun loungers on the beach - $17 each for the other loungers each day. Spoke with a lady at the concierge desk about booking a trip to the bahamas - she was to forward information to us but never did.

Location. Cleanliness. Pool. Beach. Comfortable bed.

Elevator broken for several days. Hallways near elevator without carpet. Contributed to extreme noise. Housekeeping was tipped daily yet never took away glasses nor did they refill sugars. Front desk male did not explain the steps for free bikes. Valet had to assist with several people.

This is my first vacation in Miami. But not my first vacation by the ocean. So I have something to compare with. Convenient booking and the possibility of early check-in. Very friendly staff at the reception. What really upset me at the beginning... was the quality of cleaning. Maybe I have professional deformation. I have a cleaning company and I would fire my employees if they worked like that. The hotel has 5 stars. The first thing I did upon arrival was clean the dust. Everywhere. After that, the cleaners came every day. But the dust that I didn’t clean on one of the shelves for the sake of the experiment remained. Moreover, the cleaners were probably expecting tips and took away a towel every day (they took the foot towel first when leaving the shower). Which became a matter of principle for me - I won’t give a dollar in tips. The buffet service is wonderful, the breakfasts are great. The staff, again, is very customer-oriented. I didn't use the pool because I don't see the point in it. I live on the first line of the ocean. My heart was captured by the beach team. Isaac and his guys are real professionals. I spent my entire vacation on the beach. Friendly. Attentive to details. No need to remind about changing the position of the umbrella during the change of the position of the sun. Attention to each guest, first-class service and what leaves a desire to give the hotel the highest rating, even despite the terrible service from the cleaning of the rooms. The beach, location, the presence of everything you need in the hotel - 11 out of 10. Cleaning 2 out of 10. This is the Achilles heel that can spoil the impression. But the beach team compensates for everything with perfect service.😍

We had an oceanfront room with a balcony that made our stay here really nice. Everything works smoothly at the Nautilus, from front desk efficiency to elevators that don't take forever. There is every kind of place to hang out at the hotel: the lobby is bustling, there is a little covered porch area out back, a nice pool, and of course the beach. The location cannot be beat; it is central to everything. As others have said in reviews here, the building is older, but they have done a good job keeping it up, and actually it has a nice scale to it. A lot of Miami places are giant and impersonal, but the Nautilus still exists on a human scale, which feels good.

I had read that there was construction going on next door, so was not surprised by the noise of that, but it was a bit loud on the balcony. I didn't love the music at the pool, although I suppose it drowns out the construction noise.

This hotel was even more beautiful than the photos suggest. It’s huge, perfectly maintained, and full of thoughtful details — from the amazing scent throughout the property to the breathtaking views, spectacular pool, and incredible beach. Every space feels curated and well-designed. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and well-coordinated, which really made our stay feel special. The room exceeded our expectations: we booked one with two queen beds for four people, but it also had a spacious extra area with a sofa bed where two more guests could have easily stayed. The overall layout was incredibly roomy and comfortable.

Despite booking the most expensive room option, we were disappointed to be given a view of a construction site rather than the ocean — something that really didn’t match what we expected for the price. Also, the bathrooms were extremely small, which made things uncomfortable for a group stay, especially when they occasionally flooded. Lastly, we found out — only once we got to the beach — that the hotel only provides two beach chairs and no umbrella per room, no matter how many guests are staying. This was not clearly communicated beforehand, and we were even told at the front desk that all umbrellas and chairs were included, which made the situation a bit frustrating.

Great location. Very clean room and entire hotel. Nice beach, umbrelas and staff on the beach. Great hotels surrounding, suitable changing room at the entry of the hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. A special mention for Armaan on the reception desk was very understanding and helped us in getting a bigger room as our room was too small for 4 adults. Breakfast was good.

Rooms are very small so we had to move to a bigger room. Alos, they have complimentary 2 chairs if we are hotel guests at the beach but if we are paying for a room for 4 adults , how can they just give us 2 chairs? Umbrella is not included either. During our stay one of the elevators stopped working and had not started for almost more than a week.

Well appointed rooms and very spacious. We booked a 2 queen studio suite with sofa bed but got upgraded to a king studio suite + adjoining king room. This was an added bonus as traveling with 2 teenagers meant we had more space and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and constantly being topped up. Location was perfect for exploring Miami beach and beyond.

Quite noisy. None of the doors had soft closures so constantly bring disturbed by the sounds of slamming doors from people coming and going.

Loved the location, the hotel facilities, very near to the beach which had good service . Confortable bed and pillows . Quiet hotel. Nice staff. I higly recomend and hopefully stay there again.

To pay for the umbrella at the beach which is not included on the resort fee. Sometimes they didn't refill the complementary coffee capsules and the 2 bottles of water but when requested they imediately attended. Nothing to prevent us from coming back.
