The location was fine we didn’t have Breakfast because we had an Early check in for a flight but the breakfast special offered was good.

Your shuttle service was awful!!!!! We waited 1hr and 30minutes for a shuttle that was only a few miles away from the airport basically a 10 min ride. So with two shuttle vans and your close proximity to the airport I would have to say the wait was unnecessary. We were told that the shuttle ran every HOUR ON THE HOUR might want to rethink that especially since we saw other hotel shuttles two and three times pick up their customers with in the hour as we waited for yours😭😭🤬

love the location it was close to alot of restaurants a few steps from a bar The shuttle was prompt and reliable on the hour and very accessible throughout my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with an early and late check inn and out and made the whole process very smoothly and quick It was above my expectations after reading the reviews almost didn't book because of the negatives reviews but it's far from the truth The room was and spacious and the bed was comfy. Loved it no regrets would stay here again.

THE HOUSE KEERS ARE VERY HELPFUL & PROFESSIONAL! I really cannot remember her name but she is a mature Spanish lady and she wears a black thing on her head. She cleans the upstairs room closest to the back (room 246 floor). The sweetest lady! The king room is like a presidential suite. The biggest room I have ever seen. The king beds are actually king beds! SPACIOUS!!!! 5 mins from airport, next door to ihop & MacD. Popeyes, Burger King & Denny's are 2 mins away. We WILL MOST DEFINITELY be back!

Pool was great but it needs to be cleaned. You can see the scum on the wall, We checked out about 8:45. The big man at the front desk was picking the sore below this elbow & flicking it! ABSOLUTELY, nasty!

Good hotel with free airport shuttle. Location is good, there is a Mc Donalds next door and an iHop restaurant 2 minutes walk. I was happy with my stay and will stay again.

The upgraded room was huge and very nice with everything I need. Comfortable bed, coffee machine and separate areas for kitchen, washing and shower room.

The property is fine. The cooked breakfast was dreadful. But nice yogurts, bagels, bread and pastries. There should have been a shuttle pick up from airport to hotel but after waiting more than an hour, the bus came but the driver drove straight,past me even though I stuck my arm out. Another driver from a different hotel picked me up and drove me to the hotel which cost me $20. After complaining, they upgraded my room. After explaining about the shuttle to another receptionist said that they’d upgraded me and I had 2 beds. As I said in rep,y, “I can only sleep in one bed”. But it was a really nice room.

- Free shuttle from/to the airport is the greatest convenience. - The sports bar is a great addition for those who arrive thirsty or hungry and don’t want to leave the hotel. - Breakfast is paid separately but was quite good.

- Grabbing the luggage upstairs, because they don’t have an elevator, but fortunately it’s just one floor up. - The door lock was a bit difficult to close before learning the trick.

Good bar resto on site fair peice. Happy hr from 3 to 7. Lovely margaritas consoling after a rubbish day of cancellations

Didn't like tipping for a breakfast you serve and clear away yourself should have gone to mcdonalds next door

We had a flight in the morning, and needed a place to sleep with an airport shuttle and a guarantee that wouldn't be stuck in Miami's nightmare traffic. Some comfort, something to do in the evening, and breakfast were welcome additions. We were very glad we chose this place! The staff at the reception was friendly, the rooms were clean, the pool was nice, the bar/restaurant was right on site, there was an OK breakfast, and the shuttle to the airport runs every hour and is super quick (it leaves every hour on the hour, and 10 minutes later you're at the departure terminal)

Loved the dinner at Old Tom's. The staff was friendly and caring.

I am a senior and was traveling with other seniors. We should have been given rooms on the first floor since you don't have an elevator. Young man at the front counter neglected to sign anyone up for the shuttle to the port

I stayed for 3 nights, one night booked with booking.com and the other 2 booked through another Agent. I had breakfast the first 2 days and was very happy, but when I went the third day it was terrible, the coffee machine only poured out water, the food tray for the omelette was empty, and I spoke to the Waitress, who was the only one there, and she did not speak English. The previous Waitress that was there the first 2 days did speak English and she was often putting new food in the trays and making sure everything was clean. So I was disappointed.

If the Staff could understand me it is a lot easier, but only the Reception staff seemed to speak English.
