Absolutely loved everything about this property and our stay in the Gianni Master Suite. Well worth the money. The dinner was amazing as well as the breakfast served by the pool every morning. We felt honored to be where we were. The staff are extremely friendly at every turn we took. The balcony was amazing to stand on and look at the ocean. Highly recommend staying here.

Some reviewers spoke of noise and the annoyance of the staff out front asking if they had a reservation. Neither of these things bothered us at all. We could not hear the restaurant until we walked out of our door (i have no idea what it was like in other rooms, but the Gianni we couldn't hear anything). As for the employee's out front asking if we had a reservation, it makes sense due to the amount of people just trying to walk in, they would stop everybody. It helped me feel better protected knowing they didn't just let anybody walk in there. I get the fact we stayed there for 4 days they should remember our faces but they see a lot of people in during their shifts so it never once bothered me when they would ask.

the level of noise -- from the restaurant area and trash removal at early hours . Entrance to room through the restaurant slippery and not as clean/nice.

This Villa is exceptional! The staff, Antoinette, Stephanie, Michael, Natalia were friendly, accommodating who all went above & beyond excellence. My birthday was one of my best birthday's. Thank you Antoinette & Stephanie for an effortless experience checking in. Your professionalism is unmatched. The food was superb! Michael made sure we had everything. Mimosa's were served cold & the French Toast was delectable. Natalia made sure my set up at the pool was perfected. I sincerely Thank, Villa Casa Casuarina for allowing us to have an unforgettable remarkable stay. My suite was breathtaking, from the Versace Duvet covers, the meticulous designs inside the room were so luxurious. Me & Best Friend had the most amazing nights resting. Waking up to where colors, textures and material designs are all in sync. Then there's poolside, like no other Villa/Hotel, was the perfect time for a photo shoot. Well this little piece of history is everything you expect it to be, you can feel the amazing creativeness throughout with delightful architectural design and detailing everywhere you turned. The restaurant was fabulous, our outstanding server Johnathan sat us near to the mosaic swimming pool & the food we had was superb all beautifully presented especially the Expresso Martinis went down a treat. We stayed for a 30th birthday and it was certainly a memorable experience for the birthday boy.

The breakfast was a bit of a let down in comparison to the standard of food served in the evening & it was just average which was a disappointing end to stay, i always think a good breakfast is important as it is the last impression a guest has of your property, we also had no hot water in our room which was not ideal considering you return from beach sweaty & sandy yet despite reporting it several times we were not offered an alternative room, upon leaving we complained and we were compensated but it sadly tarnished the memory of our stay which was not expected at a hotel of this calibre. It could of & shouldve been a WoW experience !

The pool is unusable in reality as the restaurant is open all day every day. They do give the option to use the hotel next door which I guess is ok. Young staff with not much customer focus if you’re staying in the hotel and should be addressed. Maybe consider using different access for guests staying than those using the restaurant.

The property is one of a kind with a truly amazing staff. Thank you to Cruz for making our anniversary extra special. We totally loved the beauty of the property and wish we stayed longer!!

Nothing can be done about the area surrounding this gem. My advice is to contact the tourism for the city of Miami and help clean it up. We had an oceanfront suite but could not see the water as vendor tents on the beach blocked the view. The property however is a gem!

The hotel was amazing and our room was one of a kind. The staff on reception were very friendly and well done to the bell boy for carrying our masses of luggage up the stairs. The staff in the restaurant couldn't of done enough to make us more comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were amazing and felt so priveleged to be able to swim in the pool when the restaurant was closed.

The hostesses at the entrance were very unwelcoming and even though we were there for 3 days they never once recognised us as guests. We got a feeling that they felt they were better than us. Not one smile!

Brekfast was included and was like brunch around the pool Amazing experience. Dinner was romantic. Food great. We had an anniversary dessert gifted to us. Room was called Amore, beautiful, classy, great mattress.

Check in was a little confusing. We wanted a late checkout but only got 1 hour

Experiencing the Versace Mansion. Words just can’t describe. Steeped in history. The staff upgraded us to the Avery Suite. It had private access to the pool which they kindly let us enjoy exclusively after the restaurant had closed. We bathed in it until 2am. This was the last night of our holiday. What a way to end.

Smaller things like butter were not available for your bread or nothing toast. At this level the hotel should be stocked with everything required. Just a small detail but it was a little Wierd
