Good location and just 7 min to the conference location which was fully booked. My room had a dining area with built in seating. The bathroom counter was large enough for toiletries. Shower was clean. Furnishings are minimalistic which is how I prefer it and the flooring is not carpeted which is also preferred to carpet.

The air conditioning was super loud and I had to turn up my white noise machine all the way up to drown out the sound.

Everything was great

Did find some red ants in the room. Communicated with the front desk.

pillows were EXTREMELY soft...not even the slightest bit of firmness to them. the flooring in the shower was VERY slippery and no hand rail. at check in no map or direction was provided where room was located. As a side note, the hallway carpets look very worn and should be replaced in my opinion.

I loved the aesthetic of the hotel, the vibrant colors and all of the amenities.

I did not like how upon coming back from dinner, the night shift front desk associate was staring at my husbands backpack and whispering to the other associate about it. When we asked if she would like to search the bag, she declined but continued to whisper and point in regards to it.

Great location next to seaworld and walking distance to pharmacies and good restaurants. Beds are very comfortable and the size of the room is adequate. Has a little refrigerator and coffee maker. I would stay there again

Registration process took some time and front desk person could have been nicer, the supervisor was kind and helpful. We had to call the front desk some times, to replace coffee or towels.

The hotel was extremely clean! This is major for our family. The room was perfect for our needs, and the staff were very accommodating.

I had to walk through the gym to get to breakfast, which reminded me I didn’t get up and go to the gym on vacation. Haha this is meant to be facetious, as I cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

Friendly staff. Nice warm pool. Check out 12 noon is good. Location good for SeaWorld and aquatica. On international Drive for Trolley. nice Japanese restaurant close by.

It's perfectly good hotel – mid range rather than top dollar. Breakfast could perhaps I've been a little better – but nevertheless okay

We struggle with getting hot water when showering. Had to take cold showers which was not fun. We got a room upgrade to a ADA room which was very spacious and nice but the bathroom was a struggle to walk around. The water from the shower would get stuck on the entire bathroom making it hard move around the space and the water took hours to drained out. There were no shelving to place your things while you shower making a bit challenging.

I liked the size of the room and the fact that there is no carpeting .The nightly appetizers a bonus. . I must mention that I found Sara at the reception desk especially accommodating!!

All was fine!

Room is very modern. Love the social space downstairs.

Booking advertised free breakfast but they didn’t have it at the property. They said I could go next door to Westin and get breakfast for $11.
