Great location free breakfast free shuttle to airport clean rooms

Breakfast was wonderful! Lots to choose from. The ladies were constantly refilling the stations to keep everything fresh. The coffee was also fresh and was very good. Our room was clean and the shower was hot. Parking was easy and the hotel was easy to find. The ladies at the front desk were always nice and helped when we asked. Your House Keeping Staff are wonderful and were always working hard to keep the visitors happy. The large pool was very nice and refreshing. We would stay here again.

The flow of breakfast traffic needs to be established as people just stood and lingered. This prevented most from getting by to choose from the food items. I would move the waffle station to the unused counter area and set up a line specifically for the waffles. This seemed to be the biggest issue. Most families have 4 or 5 persons and they would take 20 minutes on one or both waffle irons. I would even be up for waffles made by your lovely attendants that are placed in a hot pan next to sausage. I believe they could get them out a lot quicker than most visitors. Needless to say, it was packed each morning. We took food back to our room twice as there were no seats available. I do wish you would take cash for Market items. Having to use a card for a $3 item was a little surprising.

It was aesthetically pleasing. The things you need were in the rooms like a microwave, a good size small refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and a coffee and tea station. There were enough of charging stations in the room and space. I understood they were going through renovations and they did a great job.

I didn’t like the $10 fee to park on the property. I was asked if I was going to park my car on the premises. And I looked very strange at the hotel customer service like…where else will I park my car overnight, but at the hotel? So she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to park my car on the premises, there will be a $10 per day fee. That should be free of charge that should have not been a question and told in advance when you book the hotel.

Location was perfect as my family needed to be close to the airport for a 6am flight. Front desk staff were friendly. We had an issue with the A/C in our room and was immediately moved to another room without question or delay. It was nice of them to give my grandson two cookies (even though we told him to take only one). It made his day! The location made it a snap to get to the airport on time without having to get up at 2 or 3am (which our daughter and grandson appreciated).

No complaints about this property. Our initial room had A/C trouble, but we were immediately given another room, so relocating was not a big deal.

I was stuck in Orlando due to flight delays. Well I was in line at the airport trying to rebook my flight I looked for an inexpensive Orlando hotel. This one fit the bill. It was in a location very close to the airport with a lot of restaurants around it. It was clean and tidy.

They need to do a better job cleaning the toilet especially under the rim and I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water but I figured it out accidentally. Also, I really needed a blanket by the time I figured out that I needed a blanket I was already in my pajamas and didn’t want to go down to the front lobby so I slept in my sweatshirt.

Your staff was extremely nice! They went out of their way to greet me, and make me feel at home amongst friends. They'd tried to obtain a ride for me (airport shuttle), and had excellent recommendations on local services. The pool waa extremely clean, as was the welcome station with coffee, and fireplace lounge. They went above and beyond upon my arrival! What a team!

The bedding and carpet had stains (it happens) and although we went to breakfast at 8am it was hit hard and not replenished (no eggs, low on items like flavored jam, and options were lack luster at best). The mattresses made my arm go numb. I probably needed an extra pillow and it would've positioned me better. I'm sure it's my fault. I should've asked for another pillow

The motel, room, laundry and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great as was the location.

Reception on our arrival was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. We requested via booking.com for an early check-in and received correspondences which was clear. Even after I showed reception the motel messages through booking.com, she argued that the early check-in additional fee was wrong and that we were unable to check-in early. To her credit, the receptionist did discuss with the manager and the manager honored the messages via booking.com.

I loved how close the hotel was to the airport. It was clean in the public areas as well as the room. The nice size king suite we had and my daughter and grandson had the double room also nice. The pool and spa were great and clean. It's nice to have plenty of tables out at the pool to eat and relax.

A few spots in our carpet in the room. No turkey or pork sausage options on the breakfast bar. Shuttle offered but no driver on our check-in or out. They pay for lyft which is nice. Most hotels have shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel this one didn't have this option with so many nearby restaurants that would be nice for people who don't have a rental.

The location was very close to the airport, the accommodations were clean and quiet.

When I arrived at my room, the door was ajar - it made me nervous because the door should be locked upon arrival. I went in cautiously and checked around before feeling comfortable. Also, in the morning housekeeping entered my room while I was asleep. She told me that the room was listed as empty on her list. She was very polite and apologetic, I totally understand it was not her fault. But it still startled me.

I really enjoy my stay with my son, we got to see relatives off on their cruise 🛳...I was only there 2 days ( second day/ night I seen a bug/roach on my bed)....Ewwww,very surprised 😮 but I had to see my relatives off,I fail to complain about it! Overall, nice location...good service 👌

I actually, enjoy my stay...walked to restaurants and took Uber to shopping 🛍 mall! I didn't like the bug on my bed...the second night!
