I like that there was enough things to do to keep my Grandson busy!

Having to climb the stairs so many times in the weekend and having to park so far away from our building after we went to a cheer competition. Another thing that upsets me, I spent a lot of $ to book the room for two days and got charged to park for both days. I can see charging once, but everyday is excessive!! Plus the resort fee for both days. Geesh.....

The property was located conveniently to Convention Center and had easy access to on and off the major highways. I only dealt with a parking attendant and check in desk rep but both were pleasant and helpful.

The parking available was horrible. Not enough especially when they have people coming in to go to conventions and they park where the overnight guests are supposed to be parked. 2 nights of my 3 night stay I had to park at least 3 buildings away from my room’s building. Being solo on the trip and working late at an event at convention center I did not like having to walk around backs of buildings in the dark with no security around. I could feel the springs from bed when sleeping. The room did not have a bathtub which would have been nice.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast and the location was good. The hotel is very close to the theme parks which is one of the main reasons why I selected the hotel.

I didn't like the additional fees. I was okay with the resort fees; however, parking should be free. I had to wait for about 30 minutes before I could find a spot near my building. Parking should be included in the room rate.

The property was clean and accommodating, lots to do and experience

I would have like help locating rooms as I was 5 months pregnant with a toddler trying to find rooms. Having someone walk us to property would have been appreciated. It was hard to carry suitcases up to second floor while pregnant and with a child. We did not have our room cleaned or water replaced the first day. We had to call and request the water as both times water wasn’t replaced. Our shower gel was low and ran out in the last day of our stay. No refills were done.

Need more parking signs, parking, building acces

The amazing front desk staff Mariela and Luis the manager assisted me with everything and met all of my needs exceptionally well with upgrades breakfast accommodations for my guess a beautiful birthday cake. This has been an amazing experience thank you so much for the entire staff. That’s here the cleaning staff, the lovely Haitian ladies that work here who are so superb just everyone.

I love the pool area the pot pot gold the lobby bar where JOHN was our bartender who made an amazing guava margarita drink he is outstanding.

Service at the front desk was amazing! The hotel smells great and the cookies were a hit! My girls and I loved the room. I think it was the Junior Suite or something. It was comfortable and spacious. The bed slept amazing! The temperature in the room was nice. The views were great. We liked the pool. We liked the security of the parking lot behind the gate. I liked that the hold placed on my card was released in a timely manner.

We didn't like the walk from the parking lot to the tower. We didn't like the service at breakfast. I think there was a language barrier. I didn't like not knowing I'd be charged for parking. Room service was pricy, but the food was ok.

The room was clean and tidy. Their breakfast was good. Part of the rooms are like motel. I am not sure if this is the right description but it was great.

Ashley was awesome checking us in and welcoming us! We didn't realize how big the resort actually was from the pictures posted. Honestly we could have just come to stay here just for the resort itself, there's lots to do! Walking distance to Sea World and free shuttle to all the major theme parks. Nearby trolley and bus stop for everything else! Amazing Christmas breakfast!

We didn't get to use the free theme park shuttle because it had to be scheduled ahead of time and there were no time slots available when we realized. It was a bit confusing the way they explained it. We just ended up enjoying our room longer so it wasn't a huge deal.

The room were great, just need to update some of the thing, but we did like the comfort of the bed, it was comfortable and large room and the sofa was comfortable and we could sat to watch tv instead of having to lay in the bed.

Wish it was a walk-in shower instead of a tub, I know most people would like to take long bath or even have Kids to wash, maybe some of the room could just for people that traveling with out kids.
