The hotel’s location is excellent—many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Major attractions like Disney World are just a 20–25 minute drive away. The staff were respectful and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was a typical American offering—nothing special, but sufficient.

Although the housekeeping staff were pleasant, we had to request a bed sheet change for three consecutive days before it was finally done. Imagine having to sleep on sheets soiled with your child’s urine. This makes me question how often the bed sheets are actually changed—and whether they are replaced before new guests arrive.

Brief: Good location, mayority of staff very good, nice night chocolate, rooms, breakfast includes, good breakfast with eggs, fitness room, and pool. Overall, it was very nice Detail: Location: we loved the location. Near many places and bus stops. Enough options of foods from buffets, fast foos, and more elegant ones. The icon attractions were close by, too. I-trolley stops were near for both lines. Staff: Alejandro was super nice and helpful. We interacted with him the most. There was someone else, Spanish speaking, who was super nice too. The ladies of breakfast area and cleaning were of great service. Breakfast: we personally consumed a lot of eggs. We didn't try the waffles as they were busy always. Cereals, milk, and yogurts were nice. There are only 2 options of juices. Lots of coffee and tea Rooms: nice double queen beds. The room could use a little more ilumination aside from the yellow light lamps, but well iluminated enough. We loved the TV's configuration, a working desk, bathtub and shower, closet, ironing tools, mini fridge,microwave, and drawers. It is a must to have A.C. Facilities: The fitness room was fine. For those who trained harder, it could be better. It is fine for beginners/mid fitness individuals. The pool was nice. Loved the security of doors and loved that the elevator doesn't need a room key. We didn't use the laundry area though there is one. Only 2 elevators.

My A.C. was not cooling enough. The hallway as fresher however, since we arrived directly to sleep, we didn't pay much attention. Definitely, the room was warm, near hot. Easy fix though, recommendation to check the A.C.s Also didn't like(minor dislike) that someone from the front desk didn't double check storage and immediately responded to us that our package had not arrived when in fact, it did hours ago. There is room in the breakfast area for improvements in the disposition of seats for small groups.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the variety offered at breakfast — there were plenty of choices to suit different tastes, which was a great way to start the day. Another plus was the laundry room, which was convenient and well-maintained, especially helpful for longer stays. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and useful amenities. I would definitely consider returning!

The only downside was the limited parking space. It was a bit of a challenge to find a spot, especially during peak hours.

I think for the price, the breakfast could have been better, but that being said, it was ok. The staff, from check in to, the breakfast crew, to check out were great. Special mention to Valoriea at the front desk! Absolutly great!

The second day there, a strong oder of pot was in the hallway getting off the elevator. We told the staff, and they took immediate action and corrected the issue! The TV remote sucked. Every time you touched the stupid thing it went crazy!

Very good location. The hotel is just beside the icon park. And near the convention center. The services were excellent! My favorite persons were Cadhla, the receptionist, and Isidra from the kitchen. My dad's favorite was the technician guy for always assisting him with his TV. I also love the 24/7 coffee and water at the lobby.

no kettle inside the room. but they provide 24/7 water and coffee at the lobby. they have microwave and quite big refrigerator. there were no toothbrush, bedroom slippers and bath robe.

The breakfast was moderate it wasn’t a full breakfast but there was choices. Im not sure if i bypassed the pancakes and grits but I made it through.

I didn’t like paying an extra $16 for parking per night where I already paid to stay for two nights. I’m not sure when this started but i definitely understand the possibilities for doing this. I believe the tag registry for paying customers and a window tag could resolve extra veichles on property and a good tow away will teach valuable lessons. This is just my personal opinion. I believe there are other solutions for registered guys parking.

Great room with good bed. The TV was a real flat screen with streaming services not like other hotels that say it’s a flat screen and it barely works. The wifi on the entire hotel was great and the breakfast was great as well.

The building had two elevators one was broken and we didn’t see any signs during our stay that they were trying to fix it. And one day the other elevator broke down, so people had to use the stairs for us it wasn’t a big deal but for some elderly person it could be a challenge if they stay on the 5th floor.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and fresh, it was continental and delightful. Icon park was right behind the hotel, along with restaurant's, shopping area and liquor store, so it made it easy to walk to. The pool was great, it was clean and they always had fresh towels. The gym was small, but clean and well kept.

Both elevators broke down at one point, but they were fixed the same day.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the price was very reasonable for the area. All the staff members were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only downside was the breakfast — it lacked variety and really wasn’t worth the extra cost we paid for it. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
