The property was clean. The room was nice. Everything was comfortable.

The smell of the water & towels. I can’t really describe it but, it was the smell of the towels was strong, first thing I smelled when I opened the door. The water smelled the same which explained the towels. Breakfast- please consider providing plant based items for your vegans occupants. Plant based milk and creamer options, vegan eggs and sausage, yogurts, and more fruit. Perhaps an option at booking might be to include whether or not a person is vegan or not. Use that information and provide options based on that. I think you’d be surprised at how many guests would appreciate this in your establishment.

My partner and I decided to stay an extra night in Orlando. I looked around for hotels near the SeaWorld parks, and found this one to be nicely rated and at a reasonable cost. Once we checked in, we got into our room and were very pleased with the space. We highly enjoyed our stay here and the staff was very accommodating and understanding. This place was half the price than the DoubleTree and significantly better than that awful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Expedia.com messed up our accommodations with another hotel during our Florida hurricane evacuation. We were left with a gap of one night with our disabled daughter, her service dog, and our cat. Hampton Inn on Sea Harbor Drive Orlando was literally a safe port in a storm. Disregarding their own personal situations during the 5 hurricane, they were warm and welcoming to a fearful family who were unsure if they would have a home to return to.

We were within walking distance of Sea World, our destination, at 1/3 the cost of staying on property. The accommodations were great. The hotel was very clean, and the property we'll maintained. Breakfast was provided, and it was good.

My booking said there was parking at the hotel but failed to say that it wasn't free. I feel that charging guests to park their vehicles on property is just a money grab. An unfortunate business practice that occurs regularly.

Room and hotel was clean and modern and well thought - maintaining Hampton Inn standards and staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Close Proximity to SeaWorld - with shuttle from/to hotel - was great. Provided breakfast was good - and enjoyed the coffee available throughout the day. We liked and used the laundry facilities. We liked the ample parking around the hotel.

No major negatives - we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location, we were even able to walk to SeaWorld. The room was big and the breakfast was above US standards (eggs, cream cheese, fruits, waffles, etc. were all available).

The room had a weird smell that was not pleasant but it was not a deal breaker as well. The breakfast area is also a bit small for the number of guests, and can get difficult to find a spot.

Location to Seaworld was very good

Room was large and well maintained, everything was clean. Would have liked some bottles of water in the room however a shop was 2 min walk away. Really didn’t like that they use single use disposable plates and plastic knives, forks etc for breakfast buffet. This is not environmentally friendly.

Had to switch from another hotel late on a Friday night to this Hampton Inn and they were great about getting me a room and making sure that I had everything that I needed for a one night stay. They were your normal Hampton Inn which always provides me a good stay consistently.

Nothing other than the bed in my room was a little noisy but otherwise everything was great.

One of the elevators was a little scary it felt like it was going to get stuck when you were approaching the floor. My daughter didn’t want to take the elevators anymore and wanted to use the stairs but since we were on the 3rd floor we did not want to use the stairs.

Wonderful facility, Pleasant courteous staff; Breakfast was fantastic - wide array of choices! Very comfortable accommodations. Convenient location. Close to everything. Lots parking - they don't charge additionally for parking as some hotels do, which was great.

Elevator was down or having problems for part of stay. Facility has 4 floors :( There are 2 elevators; only 1 was operational. at times. Upon check in - we were told that breakfast was open until 10a on weekends. Which was incorrect. As a result 1 day we missed breakfast because we went down a little later by going after 9am.
