Very handy for Disney springs and the parks. Nice cafe area for snacks.

We like ducks but they are constantly in the pool which the hotel can’t help about that 😀

Everything except the AC

The AC in my room was not in the temperature and loud at night! I tell them about that and they send some people to fix it but it still kinda loud at night

Great location right across the road from Disney Springs. Resort buses are available every hour to and from the parks. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and the pools are great. Early park entry was a bonus to get in early and queue for the most popular rides before the masses show up. Our room was large and comfortable.

I had to pay a resort fee which is fine, and you get a 10% discount off food and drink on-site. You’d think that when you charge these things to your room, the discount would come off automatically. Well it doesn’t. Turns out you have to ask for it each time. This is really poor and I spoke to the Food and Beverage manager direct about it as it was day 4 by then and the reception staff said they couldn’t do anything about it. Systems are certainly smart enough these days to see a resort fee has been paid.. It just felt like another opportunity to make more money! I did get a credit and the manager was very pleasant, but Come on Hilton, make it happen.

I just have to give the biggest thank you to the incredible concierge Cynthia, who truly outdid herself during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond—not only helping us with everything we needed, but doing so with genuine kindness and care. She provided us with great information, thoughtful recommendations, and stayed in touch throughout our trip to make sure everything was perfect. What touched me most was how she made my daughter’s birthday absolutely unforgettable. Her attention to detail, warmth, and extra effort turned it into the best day in the world for her—and for that, I’m forever grateful. Service like this is rare, and she is truly a gem. Thank you for everything!

Breakfast and the entire property was nice!

The lazy river and floating tubes were nasty and filthy. They need to cleaned!!!

My stay here was really good. The rooms were clean. The Disney shuttle was always on time. The pool was clean. The restaurant staff for breakfast was very friendly especially Mineta who took care of us during breakfast. She really made us feel welcome. It felt like a family member was looking after us. My kids absolutely adored her! All other staff at the restaurant were super friendly, always smiling!! The Location is great for all Disney Parks and it is a short walk from Disney Springs. Very good hotel for families with small children. My kids enjoyed the Pool area.

Lovely pool area - both lagoon pool for children and adult pool were great for our family of 3 generations. Our 3 year old granddaughter didn't want to leave. Very clean relaxing area with pool towels available even late in evening after day at the Magic Kingdom. Location was very good for our visit to Disney Springs and the Magic Kingdom. Excellent service for booking Disney tickets and shuttles to and from the park. Also excellent service from members of the housekeeping staff, the lady who made up the sofa bed for us the night we arrived and Alba who was very helpful the following day. Our room, a King Suite with pool view , in the Island building was a good size for 3 adults and 1 child .

The price was really the only downside. Very expensive so we could only afford to stay 3 nights. Would have liked to stay longer. Our suite was in a good location for the pool but unfortunately didn't get the sun at any time of day. It would have been lovely to enjoy the sun from our balcony.

Location near Disney Springs was a big plus. The lazy river and pool area was also nice, with one exception. The restrooms and bar area are quite a distance from those lounging beside the lazy river pool area. I would suggest a mini bar area with restroom availability located in this area,

We ran into a language barrier while trying to communicate with a couple of the housecleaning staff, which was frustrating. On another matter that may just be me, I noticed that the national flags that fly at the entrance to the hotel are very faded and in need of replacements. 1st impressions are important, and it's a simple fix.

We would have given it a 5 stars, but when we tried to check in a 4pm check in time, our room was not ready. Even though we called to confirm first floor room location because I am handicap and on oxygen and can't walk that far. We watched everyone else check in. The guy at front desk said he would give us a call when the room was ready. An hour later and no call. So we went back to the front desk. It was ready. They really dropped the ball.

Close to Disney parks and Disney springs with free shuttle bus, great pool and breakfast, Brenda, Dylan and Hector were all awesome at the letterpress restaurant for breakfast which also had a great selection.

The walls in the part of the hotel we stayed in ( the island building) were very thin so you could hear the guests clearly in the rooms either side, we were on the second floor so could also hear the pool users and the general footfall coming to and from the building. The Union Jack flag outside the hotel was also upside down which I pointed out but did not get corrected whilst we were there. These are all minor points as we did really enjoy our stay.
