We had to book a hotel last minute for Universal as I didnt think about how far Orlando was from Panama City, we found a room here and when we had to call to make sure arriving after 4 was okay the staff member on the phone was so polite. When we arrived in the lobby It was wonderful and the staff were amazing too! Now for us this Room was so much awesome! A kitchen with a bar and a couch and able to swing the tv to either the bed or back in kitchen was the best! Plus the bathroom absolutely amazing. This place is the best Hotel I’ve been to and appreciate this place so much. And its very close to universal which I know is the idea, but overall amazing place. The breakfast was pretty good too.

I was surprised about how close it was to universal studios, the outlets, restaurants and other stores, I wouldn't recommend walking to any of them, but there are safe crosswalks and roads to do it if you must. We drove to universal studios but loved that fact that there was in person in house to help book a shuttle there if you needed. We also saved a few dollars with the breakfast. Everyday they would switch it up, we had a choice between scrambled eggs or an egg omlet with cheese. French toast sticks or pancakes. Canadian Bacon, Traditional Bacon or some kind of sausage. There was also oatmeal, cereals available as well as bagels, breads, muffins, 2 choices of fruit (one pre-cut like cantaloupe or honeydew and another to take with you orange or apple)and juices. They also had a washer and dryer. I like to wash my clothes if I can before I leave so i don't have to deal with a dirty case full of clothes when I get back. Detergent and dryer sheet were complementary. It was 2 dollars to wash and 2 dollars to dry. The have a nice pool too!! We went in one time because we were busy going to the parks and visiting family. It was clean and had ample pool seating and umbrellas for shade

There was nothing not to like! Just a word of caution for families traveling with infants. I needed crib. I was offered a play pen and it was fine. I tried to reserve a play pen before my arrival but I was told it is only available on a first come serve basis. Luckily I came when Floridians already started school but had I not I would probably not have one for my baby.

The location is great, close to Universal and also near shopping plazas/malls. Provided a free shuttle to the Universal parks and you could even buy park tickets at the hotel which was super convenient. The breakfast was really good. Has free parking also! Overall really nice hotel.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, the pillows were kinda flat. But not a big deal for a weekend stay.

It is very close to Universal and there is a shuttle bus there which you can reserve . We did walk back though. The breakfast is convenient. The room is large enough to fit a family of 5.

There is no safe in the room. You don’t need to take electronics or passports to the theme park. I would have felt better leaving them in a safe in the room which many hotels have, but not this one

Everything was perfect! Friendly staff, good breakfast with lots of options, room was clean, comfortable and huge with a well supplied kitchen, nice big bathroom with a spa like shower, shuttles to the Universal parks and located in a great location near lots of restaurants. Couldn’t ask for more. Will stay here again!

Everything was great!

Our hotel room was great for a family of four, with plenty of room to move around. We had a nice view of the lake, as well. The bathroom was nicely updated with a walk-in shower. We appreciated the free breakfast to get us on our way quickly in the morning. The shuttle to Universal Studios was a huge plus in deciding to stay here. It is also a short walk to a Walgreen’s and a few restaurants, which was very convenient.

I think the only issue we had was the light in the closet area was not working.

Room was big, modern and comfortable. Breakfasts were not so crowded. Clean, not too big, comfortable. There was no problem with extension of our stay by 1 day.

Small swimming pool. The most important disadvantage was that one of the lift was broken and we couldn’t sleep 2-3 nights. After several questions at the reception desk they offered us another room. We moved but the room was much worse.

I loved my stay! The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were spacious and modern – including the gym, laundry area, and outdoor terrace. The staff were always kind and attentive! We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Orlando. We used the shuttle service to Universal Park, and everything went perfectly.

The staff was pleasant, and the room was great. Just what we needed. The location is awesome, just go across the street to Universal. Breakfast was a nice selection, I enjoyed yogurt with granola. Wish they had bananas! Hint Hint. Will definitely stay there again.

There isn't much I didn't like, I would say the toaster was old and falling apart and a piece of the lamp by my side of the bed was coming off. I hope they do not charge me for those things because they were absolutely like that when we arrived.
