The staff went out of their way to get us checked in early when I was feeling very ill. Rooms are updated and clean. Only downfall to the room is there was no microwave but they sold microwaveable dinners downstairs. A bit confusing. View from our room was fantastic. Food was great as was restaurant options. Stores had almost everything we could have needed. Pool hours were GREAT compared to others. Our last night we finally had a chance to soak in the hot tub and we’re disappointed that it was freezing cold. We spoke with the front desk who said maintenance would come look at it. We continued to swim for probably two hours ( it was a cool night and the pool was warmer than the hot tub). During that time no one came to turn the hot tub heater on or look at it. Location was great especially to convention center and The Pointe. A bit of a distance to Icon Park. Short drive/ride to airport and universal. Offered free shuttle bus to Universal however it fills very fast so get there early. First come first serve. Pricing was great! My daughter stayed at Hyatt and said she would have preferred to have stay in Rosen Plaza!

The property was very clean and quiet which I loved. Excellent service. Pool was amazing and not overcrowded- again a big winner for me. Just a few minutes walk from where we needed to be for nationals but much much less people! I loved it! The food and drinks were good and available at anytime we needed. The market was great to pick up any items we needed including fresh salads. The beds and pillows were excellent and so very comfortable.

My biggest gripe would be the wifi. It was shocking unless in the lobby or around that area. Kept cut in and out ALL the time when in the room so you would constantly have to re-login. It was very very frustrating and annoying.

Close to Convention center. The hotel had all the amenities and is well kept and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

When I arrived at Valet parking they advised they were full and I needed to park in general parking. After driving around for 20 minutes there was not one spot available. I returned to valet and explained and they found a spot in valet for my car. I appreciated this as I needed to get to my event. The attendants were very kind and accommodating. Parking does appear to be an issue. Having designated spots in general parking for hotel guests could be considered.

I stayed for 12 nights and asked for a discount on breakfast or discounted vouchers and they said no. I requested an additional 2 hours complimentary in my room as my flight out was only 9pm at night and they said no. Was dissapointed that no concessions were made especially for guest staying as long as 12 nights.

Staff was great! I lost my room key before going across the street to the movies and I was scared to go into my room by myself. I asked the front desk staff if security could escort my daughter and I into the room. A manager met us on our floor and made sure the room was safe for us. I know they probably thought I was crazy but you never know-- the point is they did not hesitate to accommodate us by prioritizing our safety. I genuinely appreciated it.

There was a significant difference between this location and Rosen Shingle Creek, where I usually stay. I wish there were more Christmas decorations.

The convenience of a 24 hour mart and the Grill that opens till late.

The parking fee which adds up after a week stay. It should be included, not additional! That turned me off to wanting to reserve for the holidays because it would be a longer stay and a higher total for the parking.

Clean, well equipped. Bed was comfortable, location was good.

We made an early request for connecting rooms. When we arrived at 11 am we asked if they had received our request. Although the answer was yes, the counter staff refused to confirm that we would get connecting rooms and instead said it is not confirmed and they can only confirm when we officially check in at 2pm. When we checked in much later at 7pm, we didnt ask for connecting rooms again thinking we wouldnt get it. But we ended up being assigned with connecting rooms. Since the rooms can be assigned, why not let us know early so we could at least not feel upset in between thinking we definitely wont get connecting room.

We had flight issues into and out of Denver. Our flight into Denver was grounded for two hours causing us to miss our flight in Denver to Orlando. We were suppose to be checking in by midnight but now we had to catch red eye and we wouldn't have been able to check in till 5am the next day. I was on the phone with the reception desk immediately and they held our room. I'm extremely happy and grateful for this staff!!

This place is huge and it got all you need. You got a Starbucks, a shop for food and drinks in the lobby. The beds and pillows are really very comfy!! The staff is very friendly and you got plenty of things to go to in the same street.

Parking on the property is not free (I paid $20 a day) which I find is hilarious. Any guest of the hotel should park for free, specially with having such a huge parking lot. This is really a huge downer! In my room my phone and one light was defective. I reported it but unfortunately nothing really happened while I was there for 4nights.
