The location is really good. Very clean and neat studio, ocean facing. I was in love with the view. A bit old furniture but comfy and cozy. Customer service was very supportive, although not available 24/7 Overall a great place, but there could be a lot of improvements

I had an issue with the AC. It was very old and extremely noisy. The first night I wasn't able to sleep because of the noise, and the ceiling fan was not working. I didn't know this is not a proper hotel, although this is what I booked, so the reception wasn't able to assist me with a different room or even maintenance The customer service and maintenance works only from 9 to 16 30,so I had to wait until next day to have the issue fixed. They offered me an upgrade, but I loved the view here so I decided to stay, and not use the AC. They also fixed the broken fan. Cleaning is chargeable extra, to my surprise.

Loved the location - lots of food, shopping, and grocery options close. Whale watching from the yard was awesome! The grills outside by the pool were so great! Loved the activities available at the resort - putting, shuffleboard, bags, etc! The room was cozy and clean! The patio was so lovely - I spent a lot of time out there! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It did have a vibe that wasn’t always welcoming for families….maybe one of the pools could be designated for kids/families and one could be adult only? I often felt that my kids couldn’t play in the water without upsetting the other guests that seemed more permanent.

We were able to watch whales from Oceanview rooms in February. Ocean is only 50 or so feet away from balcony. There are new grill machines around pool. Hot water pool was awesome.

We had to call to front desk for coffee supplies every 2 days even though we booked for 6 days. i am not sure how much they are saving for giving out 2 coffee bags each time. Hand soap container was empty at the check in time. Parking for car is hard to find in late evening. Walk might be long with your suitcases if parking is not found near the building.

The waterfront unit we had (L304) was recently remodeled and very nice. Everything worked, and there were no issues. The lawns, pools and property were great, with beautiful landscaping. Very helpful staff. Location right near grocery shopping, restaurants and the Food Truck Park! 5-10mins to Kaanapali beaches and area.

Specifically L304 - A few things could be added to the kitchen gadgets, and a "cheat sheet" for each of the (different) AC controllers would have been helpful. Wish the property had an actual beach, but the property makes up for it with all the lawns, pools, chairs etc.

The view was amazing! The entire complex is so quiet and the staff is friendly. We were supplied with plenty of towels, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. The shower gels were of decent quality. We love the pools, hottubs, tennis court and shuffleboard.

The unit needed updating- appliances, countertops, cabinets, furniture. The photo shown was a nicer unit than what we stayed in. However, the view and location more than made up for it. The bed was soft, but the pillows were good.

The property was a gem. The directions provided was so helpful. The locale was so beautiful, and we had an ocean front facing balcony that gave an awesome view of the sunset and of the ocean. Could not be any better. Our property was clean and nicely setup for our welcome. Lots of facility was available if needed. Note: The property had a lot of outdoor activities, which we did not avail as we had our days chalked out with sighting agenda. But, if you use this as a relaxation stay, then you shall not be disappointed. In all, an awesome place. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay, location ++, great amenities, the property is very well maintained with beautiful landscape, the apartment we stayed in had modern amenities, location is top notch (short drive or long walks to popular places like Duke’s for mai tais or beautiful sand beaches that offer good snorkeling). Strong WiFi for those remote working. Barbecues, jacuzzi, mini golf, tennis/pickle ball and daily activities make this stay even better! We will definitely come back

The grounds are amazing and the people are very courteous.

Our condo was very dated. The furniture was old and WELL used. The tv was do small you couldn’t read the channel numbers. The condo, with a full kitchen, didn’t even have salt or pepper. There were none of the basic commodities that come with a rental with a full kitchen. Rather disappointing.

Loved that this was a 10/15 minute walk to the boardwalk with golden sandy beaches + jewel toned blue waters wonderful for snorkeling.

The air conditioning turned off when opening the porch door (which was fine) however was very finicky to turn back on needing the doors to be in an exact place together. The bed was a Murphy bed-it wasn't bad, my husband slept great, just wasn't the most comfortable for me.

Suite we were in is little dated. Shower needs replacement as tiles are ready to fall off. But there was a second bathroom to use Carpet was very dirty but understand it is in a beach area..... But overall, everything we needed was there Great view of the garden and ocean.
