This is the first place I have ever stayed where everything was perfect.

The facilities were perfect for our family. The rooms were clean and spacious and the views spectacular. Walking out past the pools to the beach with excellent snorkeling, where we saw a turtle and some manta rays in the reef. Very close to other restaurants, and the lobby market with staples and smoothie bar was great for a quick bite. An exceptional place to stay.

The Towel Tracker system was a little annoying as the machines were often out of service, so we had to find a staff to open it for us almost every day.

The room was good, very spacious and good amenities such as rubbish bags and dish washing supplies.Dukes restaurants was perfectly positioned and very atmospheric. The views over Lanai and Molokai are stunning.

Bed was uncomfortable..... very firm. pillows were different sizes.The extra cost for a " partial ocean" view is definitely NOT worth it. The mountain views are much better and the money saved could help counter the extortionate bar and restaurant costs.The concierge was abrupt almost expecting foreigners to understand American methods. I asked about the availability of a shuttle bus to Lahaina and she couldn't understand why I was asking her about it and not the rental agency. Foreigners do not always understand the American condo/ timeshare system and a concierge should understand that. You can't just walk up to a bar and order a drink and find a seat you have to be shown to a table and served with the server expecting a tip for the privilege.....ok for a restaurant but not for a bar

Direct access to the beach was excellent and snorkeling at the beach, which was really nice - got to see fishes, corals, and a turtle. Amenities were great. Fully equipped kitchen. Had everything including complimentary cooler and 2 beach chairs. Resort has beach towels that are complimentary, too, which was great. Overall, excellent location and value for money, and would recommend!

Partial ocean view was barely a view if you really stretched to get one. However, we got view of the mountains which made up for it. Would run out of hot water fairly quickly and became warm. Washer dryer work but are loud as a heads up

This resort is absolutely fantastic for little kids! We went with 18-month twins and the room was great- we loved that our babes were able to just walk outside and play in the grass. The pools are fantastic and we loved having a little splash pad area and water slide we could go with our toddlers on. They loved it! There's also a lovely public boardwalk with very well taken care of resort cats that we would look for every morning on our walks as they were getting fed. Beach right there is amazing with some of the best snorkeling I've done. Everything is pretty close, including shops and a variety of restaurants. Only negative(ish) note is that the resort is right where the Lahaina fire was last year and there's still a lot of rebuilding going on. It was something we passed everytime we drove- not something that impacted our stay though and the area is in need of tourism, just a note :)

Nice pool area that was fun Dukes was great to have close by. Staff was excellent everywhere we went. Grounds are pretty & clean.

Not enough grills for quests, we ended up cooking in our condo or going out. Pool towels ran out daily & waiting for more was long. Lots of ants, we rented a cabana & it was loaded, no discount was given even thought we did the clean up. I understand not using sprays around the pool, but a good cleaning at night or early am would have helped a lot.

Everything was very nice. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. We loved how quiet and tranquil the resort is. The grounds are lovely. Staff very friendly. Nice having Duke’s right there. Pools were clean. Appreciated valet and free self parking. Beach right outside the resort was great.

It was probably the time of year, but our rental car was covered in sticky leaves from trees in the parking area. Small price to pay for the beauty of the trees.

Location

As a couple looking for a respite there was no Adult only pool, but only a “quiet” labeled pool connected to a very active area and even this quiet pool usually had parents, toddlers, kids splashing around- unfortunately there was no onsite monitoring or even anyone we felt we could speak with about this to regulate. Because of this we only used pool 1 of the nine days.

Our view was fantastic, the pools were amazing, and the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the “towel tracker” machine for pool/beach towels, the parking area was very convenient, and the lanai was relaxing.

The front desk did not offer help with t.v./cable issues or with “code” issues since we booked through Booking.com.

Resort, pools, hot tubs, beach, location, restaurant, views, guest portal and staff responsiveness, well-stocked kitchen and a very good bag of coffee provided.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were all pretty deflated. The studio suite I booked was advertised as having two sofa beds but only had one. We were provided with a futon which solved the problem.
