The front desk was amazing! We had a game that needed batteries, and the man who gave us batteries even went on a mission to find a screwdriver to help remove a screw! The ladies at the front desk were also kind and inviting! Mulligans staff displayed the same qualities! The weekend omelet girl was my kids' favorite! This is our 4th year staying here! We love you guys!

It's a more expensive property. We would love if there was some sort of deal available around Black Friday, weekday or a multi-day deal so we could stay longer!

All the staff were very friendly. Each of them made an effort to make sure all our needs were met and to let us know that they were there if we needed anything.

I went to go to the gym around 4:30 AM. The first door I went to my key did not open. However, there was a gentleman sitting in the pool area on his phone so, I assumed that the area was open and I was trying to access via the wrong door. I walked around to the door from inside. That gentleman by then was cleaning and I realized that he was staff and probably had been taking a break. He did finally inform me that the pool and gym did not open until 5 AM. Mainly two things, first I did NOT see signage for the pool/gym hours (could had been there and I missed it) and secondly, staff members probably should not be sitting in public areas on the phone if they are on break (I worked at a resort so my expectations might be askew).

Our room was located just steps inside from the parking lot. There were lots of places to park and it was so easy to get to our room. I also loved being right off of the courtyard. It made it easy to go swimming in the morning or go to get a cuppa coffee or just sit outside our room at the table.

If there was anything that could be changed is just maybe a few more lounge chairs, and another table with an umbrella in the courtyard.

It’s a beautiful place, good location to Silverwood.

I was told there was an indoor and outdoor pool and this is not the case. There’s outside access of the pool only. I chose this because I thought there was an outdoor pool. Also, when I called the front desk the phone just kept ringing and I finally hung up. That was frustrating.

This location has the best free breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. Great breakfast, great staff and friendly. More bang for your buck at this hotel

I liked that it has an indoor pool and hot tub. Location is very convenient.

The parking lot that we had to park in by our room was extremely small and very tight fit. Also, the breakfast buffet/bar had bare minimum selects on food and juice to pick from, and the vending machines were practically empty

Breakfast was excelllent - enough choices for anyone (including vegans). Bedding was very nice. Room was large. Bathroom large also. Ample parking. Nice staff, particularly in the breakfast area.

The only downside is being several miles outside of town, requiring a drive to get into town and looking for and paying for parking. All hotels seemed very expensive over the July 4 holiday week.

The location and convenience isgood.

When I tried to obtain a receipt for the room, I was told to get one from Booking.com. as I write this I still have not been able to get a receipt emailed by either facility or Booking.com. the woman at the front desk acted like it wasn't her problem or that she was too busy. I checked out at 4:30am. I was the only one e in the lobby.

good breakfast. liked that there was a restaurant for dinner so after a long drive we didn't have to drive somewhere to get dinner. also enjoyed the kids eat free option

The best continental breakfast.

The pool was murky, smelled like urine and the hot tub was overly crowded the entire 2 nights we stayed. No pool towels available
