Fantastic location and the gentleman who helped us at front desk was so friendly and accommodating.

The building is older and needs a really good carpet cleaning and some better lighting. Felt a bit dark.

I stayed here 8 years ago , was a newer property then, was buzzing with doorman outside, room was bright & modern for it s time then, the hotel hasn’t been remodelled since felt it was tired and more 3 than 4 star. Saying that , staff , room size & location were all excellent. Has building works going on straight across the street from the main entrance & what used to be a buzzing TJ Maxx & Marshall’s adjacent to the hotel , now a bit deshevelled looking as building vacant upstairs and basement Marshall’s only, didn’t help the approach to the hotel, but still only one block from the middle of the mag mile.

Location was AMAZING! Walkable everywhere, lots of great restaurants, shopping along magnificent mile and entertainment (piano bar!) nearby. Close enough walk to downtown attractions (including farther ones such as beach & navy pier) with it being a central location. Staff were super kind and accommodating; always brought extra towels/pillows when we requested. Room was clean and quite spacious, especially considering the downtown spot! Beds were comfy. AC was great. Safe area and security in the evenings!

Pullout bed mattress was quite thin and not super comfortable, but after a long day of walking you can hardly tell lol. We couldn’t find a switch for the fan in the bathroom and the door is glass so doesn’t fully close which is slightly challenging when sharing a room with others.

Location is unbeatable. It´s my second time in this hotel and I would definitely return.Very comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom roomy and with great towels. Toiletries reasonable.Friendly staff. The room was spacious and very quiet. Very convenient for persons with moving disabilities. A vast offer of restaurants in the area which felt very safe. It would be great to add room service, but the store at the lobby is helpful.

The door was a bit tricky to close and the safe didn´t work, but I didn´t convey this to staff so benefit of doubt both issues could have been solved. The deposit seems pricey and even more so if not the first time in the hotel.

The hotel is located close by to everything! Shopping and eating out is literally walking distance. The amenities were great! They offer breakfast and lunch at a fair price.

There was construction taking place in the building across from the hotel that was partially blocking the front of the hotel entrance. The room we first stayed in had a bad toilet that ended up overflowing and filling the entire room with water.

Location was great- really easy to get to where we needed to go, walking or driving. The breakfast was great and convenient- well priced as well!!

Glass bathroom door makes for not great privacy… and the toilet being rectangular but having a square lid was not thought through at all… super weird to sit on

Nice pool. Cleanish room. We had a really dirty towel shelf in the bathroom. Definitely did not want to use the towels that were in it so we requested for new towels. After 3 hours and two calls to the desk, the towels still never arrived. It was getting late so we decided to share the two clean towels hanging on the shower door among four adults and 2 kids. Next morning, I went to the desk and told them about the situation and they came right away with the towels.

We loved our stay here. The location is excellent for any touristy activities. Our favorite part was the European inspired breakfast. As a European, I was honestly prepared to be let down, but instead it was my favorite meal during our entire stay in the city! Beds were comfortable, and I think they probably upgraded us since I don't remember booking such a big room. The staff was amazing and so kind! The room was really clean and modern. I love that they didn't have carpet in the room. It made it seem even more clean, modern, and hygienic.

We noticed the elevators were a bit hard to catch since we stayed during a busy season. Thankfully that didn't bother us too much since we weren't hurrying anywhere.

The property exceeded my expectations,was,clean,modern and which I like the most it does not have carpet in the rooms well at least it didn’t has in mine. Staff was above and beyond starting at front desk,maintenance,housekeepers everyone was so welcoming and ready to help you. Amazing experience, best customer service ever if you reading this review and you still doubting about this hotel don hesitate and stop searching this is your best option, great location close to everything,nice,clean modern everything you need.

Perfect location. Very large room. Extremely clean (no carpets) and quiet. Very comfortable bed and best pillows I have seen. Very friendly staff. It is as good as any 4 star hotel

Maybe the furniture is a bit dated and the wooden floor seems old, so it would not hurt to throw a small rug by both sides of the bed. However, everything is so clean that you can walk barefoot
