Excellent location in a walkable area. In the heart of downtown close to shops, restaurants, attractions and the beach. Basic complimentary breakfast provided (eggs, waffles, pastries, coffee etc...) The clean, basic room is good as a home base for showering and sleeping. The beds were smaller than standard queens and not super comfy. The bathroom was small and if you're a light sleeper you can hear your neighbors but luckily quiet hours are enforced to minimize the noise. The wonderful service provided by Tanya, Charles and Anna was appreciated. They are good at what they do and know how to make guests feel welcomed.

The beds were small and not as comfy as I'd like. Larger pillows or at the very least put 4 not 3 pillows on each bed. The bathrooms are somewhat dated and should have pocket or barn doors rather than the standard opening to maximize the tight space.

The location is nice, near everything and near the bus stop or subway so you can take it everywhere. All the staffs were very nice and gentle to us, which i really appreciated

I like all the staffs, although, there was a girl with glasses and quite curly hair. Me and my mom asked where can we take the breakfast bc we forgot where it was. She answered us with a very indifferent attitude so idk what was going with her. Then my dad asked her where was the stair cause he forgot to bring his key to go up, he was also doesn’t speak lots of English. She told my dad she didn’t know or didn’t know what my dad was asking and didn’t even bother to help him out. I hope she can have a little thoughts about what she did to the customers because it just made us a little disappointed about the property.

Check in and out was easy, staff are professional, room was clean, staff helped check our bags to store after check out, TV was large and had great resolution and good choices and easy to use

The room was really warm when we checked in and took a long time to cool down. Took a few minutes to figure out I needed to use thermostat rather than PTAC wall unit controls. The breakfast room is too small and the circulation around the food stations is confusing. The quality of the breakfast foods was acceptable but mediocre.

Room was clean. Breakfast room was clean and well stocked during breakfast hours. We enjoyed chatting with Charles during our wait for an Uber. The staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future!

I do wish that coffee and tea were available after breakfast hours. However, I was grateful for the infused water being available after hours. Our room was as quiet as it could be in a busy city. I don't think any hotel in downtown Chicago is going to be totally quiet. Horns honking and emergency sirens during the day and night. Also, a little bit of a rattle coming from the heat register when the heat kicked on.

The hotel was conveniently located downtown Chicago. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was. I can be pretty germophobic when I travel but I did not feel grossed out staying in this hotel. The breakfast area was great! Very spacious. The options were okay. The texture of the eggs was a bit more weird than other hotels.

The lighting was not very bright. Even with all of the lights on, it still felt very dark in the room. I think one additional light would have been helpful!

Nice location and absolutely friendly staff. Gentleman, who took my luggage to lock room is a big supporter of Ukraine! Thanks for his kind words of support. Besides that - comfortable facility and quite good breakfast included (that is rare in this district of Chicago as I learnt).

View from my room on 3rd floor was a view against wall of next building :) plus surprisingly hotel does not provide you any compliment bottles of water.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel as well as the cleanliness of our room and the lobby.

The mattress and pillows were not good at all, we had back pain throughout our stay. They need to be upgraded. Breakfast was good but could have more fruit selections.

All of the staff we interacted with were very nice, positive, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in great shape and a solid value (at least in March). The free breakfast was wonderful-there was a lot of variety of food including eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, granola, coffee, several kinds of juice, etc. The location was amazing! Two blocks from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk to Navy Pier.

I'm hard-pressed to find much I didn't like. That being said, I would really prefer fresh scrambled eggs and also having turkey breakfast sausage at every breakfast.

Everything was perfect except for the front desk lady who attended to us upon our arrival, she was not really courteous and did not even greet us with a smile. I believe staff who are manning the front desk should be approachable and very hospitable because they are the face of the hotel. Despite that, I would like to commend the guy who was at the front desk (i forgot to get his name) before we left and during our stay he was able to assist us and was very accommodating. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts….please continue to serve your customers with utmost care and courtesy.

Guests have varied selections from cereals cold and hot with from milk and over ten toppings and nuts .. kinds of bread covered with proper implements and toasters and jams, cr cheese butter.tray of fruits small fridge of all kinds of milk and yogurts....juices,h2o dispensers…coffee, 3creams dispensers, and box of sm creamers, Br n wh sugar packets, stack of big paper n plastic cups….section of covered 4 types of hot dishes- scr eggs,meat vegg patties, bacon.. mound of hard bld eggs; s/o catsup on the side….bake ur own plate size waffle w measured prepd product… Corner for sp fork n knives, plates n big napkins. AND constant replenishments ( nothing goes empty) and cleaning of surrounding down to the floor.of uniformed friendly staff…

On first floor.. help to get a cab.. maybe a flshing red light to swith on and of will solve the need.. small well located priced competitive hotel w friendly staff and help with even quick good Xerox need…
