The staff were great! Cinthia checked us in with a smile late in the evening. Ashley took care of us at check-out. All staff we interacted with during our stay were so helpful; from suggesting a good location for getting authentic Chicago pizza, to refilling the breakfast supplies on a very busy Sunday morning, to getting us towels for the pool. The location was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to United Center to catch a Blackhawks game, and many restaurants a short walk or drive away. The hotel is brand new and you can tell the staff is dedicated to keeping it nice.

Every single staff member I spoke with was so nice! Great customer service by them. The location was nice. Everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options.

The beds were advertised as queen but they seemed like full size. They were also slightly uncomfortable.

It was really clean, easy to find, they had smart tvs with netflix and other streaming services which is always a plus because who wants to watch ridiculousness for 3 days straight.

The only thing i didn’t like was the pillows had this weird funky smell whenever you laid on them. i tight it was just the 1 so i asked for more and switched them and they all had the smell so idk

The staff was great especially Cynthia and Ashley at check in. They were so friendly! Ashley was in the lobby when we headed out for an active and greeted made sure we were doing well. She is a true star employee! Just from the interaction of Ashley and Cynthia we would stay at the hotel again.

The breakfast was okay! It was very crowded when trying to get food but we understood because the hotel was full. The food was okay.

The location was great! We could walk to United Center in 20 minutes. The location, with all the restaurant options a few steps away, was wonderful! Hotel was new and clean, with all day coffee availability and a nice breakfast. Our room was very large too. Parking lot on site-easiest parking situation in Chicago!

I didn’t like the pillows, but that’s my only complaint!

The location, closeness to restaurants and popular Chicago attractions, cleanliness, beautiful views, modern rooms, kind staff, amazing breakfast options, heated pool were just some of the reasons why we will be coming back to this hotel.

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The bed was hard, and the pillows were flat.

I really liked the location there were a lot of fast food restaurants located right outside the hotel. It also was a 4 minute drive from the United Center which was very convenient for my trip.

I really only had one complaint about my stay. I think the breakfast was a little bland but other than that I enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer.

The breakfast was hot buffet style home style potatoes was good scones was excellent wish they had fresh cut fruit tho didn't care for the southwest cheese omelet but u made your own waffles banana nut batter was phenomenal

Pool was cold the first day I believe it was because they had refilled it the pool is also pretty small

The hotel and room were very clean, the pool was very nice and the mattress was comfortable. The facility was up to date and the breakfast was good.

The only thing I did not like was the bedding. The top sheet was not tucked in and the comforter was so thin that I was very cold at night!

Everything was spiffy clean, spacious room, big bathroom, lots of towels. The room and building itself has clean lines and modern. Enjoyed our stay!

Perhaps I would upgrade breakfast items to include more healthier and vegetarian items. Better bread products and more fruit varieties.
