This hotel is conveniently located. It helps me walk around the city very easily. There are a number of good coffee shops, diners, and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff members are nice and helpful. The breakfast is decent - it's not a diner or brunch place, but it is quite decent.

The elevator sometimes takes a while to arrive. If you plan to leave during "rush hours," please prepare accordingly. Some of the rooms have AC problems. We had to change our room for this reason - it was hot and stuffy. This is something you should pay attention to.

Good location just off the Magnificent Mile . Room was large with a comfortable king bed , settee , kitchen units and walk in closet. We ate in some evenings so the kitchen was a boon. Oddly we were upgraded to a larger 2 room suite halfway through our stay due to the room above our original one having leak issues?? .A good result I suppose. Staff were pleasant, but not overly engaging. Breakfast was Ok ish , bit bland and same each day but just enough choice to start the day . Saves looking for somewhere to eat , although you could do your own in your room if you bought supermarket food .

Nothing of note , although the building is next to a hospital, and even up on the 32nd floor you could hear emergency sirens wailing daily. Part of big city life??

We love it here! Excellent location - just around the corner from Michigan Ave. Chipotle is right next door, so that was a bonus! The room is clean with modern design, very well maintained. The bed is comfy. We opted for the room with city view and had the view of Michigan Ave. We can even see the new Harry Potter store from our room 🤩. Housekeeping came every day, so that’s a bonus. If there’s any downside, I’d say the elevator is a bit slow especially during breakfast. Breakfast is decent, but could be better with more variety & better coffee.. other than that, we had a pleasant stay here.

* Elevators: Sometimes we had to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator to go up for breakfast. Three elevators for 40 floors might not be enough. * Bathroom: There was no extractor fan in the bathroom. * Apartments: The apartments had carpet. * Air Conditioning: The air conditioner was deafeningly loud all the time. Even when turned off, the noise was impressive. It wasn't just mine that was defective; it was the same in all the rooms.

The rooms were absolutely incredible. One of the best rooms we ever stayed in with such a good price- value for money. The only thing we were missing was a chromecast to the TV, so that we could have streamed from our telephones :)

The breakfast was a bit deficient. Especially some days where we experienced the only drink-opportunity was water and coffee and another day where there was no milk to coffee, cerials and further. We visited for 9 days and I would say that 3 of the mornings were without anything big missings in the breakfast. I know that they were very busy - the hotel was full - so that could explain why it was a bit hectic in the breakfast area. A bit more elevators could have been very handy. We were asked to push the bottom for both up and down from the employeed because of how busy they were, and told to go on no matter what. If we didn’t do that, we could wait in around 10 minutes when it is breakfast time.

Rooms need a major update. Everything in the room was old and tattered. Holes in the curtains. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable even the kids complained that the blankets were hard and itchy. 4 guests were booked to stay only enough towels pillows utensils for 2, so we had to call down each time we noticed there weren't enough items. We were right next to a hospital, so it was constant sirens from ambulances.

The hotel room was big, clean, and equipped with all the necessities. The breakfast was very good and had a couple of choices.

You have to wait for a loooooot to take the elevators in peek hours.

Valet parking in the front of the building - not sure if it was your Valet parking personnel were a little upset because we were standing in front of there way (We were on the side walk - I guess you need to paint the area so that people know that that part of the side walk is for the valet cars??

The Location is perfect, close to everything. Our room was very comfortable, super spacious, quiet, and with a beautiful view on the lake and the city. The little kitchen was well equipped and the fridge very good for storage!

A minor point probably was the bathroom room. A little old style, bath tap with a shower not really powerful and with a plastic curtain, no air ventilation too.
