We have stayed at Comfort Inn in Warsaw several times. We come to Warsaw so that we can visit family who live nearby. I will not stay anywhere else. I love the staff, the lovely breakfast area, the pool. EVERYTHING about Comfort Inn in Warsaw is fantastic!

The only thing that could have been better is if we could have never left!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and taken care of. Pool and fitness area was in a great shape and clean. Lobby was beautiful and have you insist comfort and safety. Will definitely be staying here again….

Nothing that I found.

It was close to the business I had to attend to on Saturday.

Nothing. The only problem was a leak i the room above which softened the ceiling sheet rock in the bathroom, and was beginning to collapse. I just happened to be standing under it when a piece of dissolved sheet rock mud dropped on the back of my head, and shirt! Quite entertaining; reminded me of how much I hate plastering sheet rock!

The girl at the front desk was very nice because the hotel was on a frontage road she told me a different way to get back onto route 30 she gave me information on places to eat and when I checked out the lady was also very nice I would stay there again. The breakfast was great there was a plenty of food

The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and spacious. The kids really loved it.

The pool was extremely cold and we couldn't swim. The kids swam but we couldn't get in due to it being so cold.

The fact that I'm gonna risk I broke down on the side of the road and I was gonna check in the true Hilton and service And the lady that was at the service counter was rabbit rude and was constantly on her cellphone non professional so I've seen confident confident from the door And I went to confident to stay on it and I was happy I did very good service very good staff and the amenities are great thank you so much

Near highway, Easy to find your way around the hotel, small and family friendly

Needs an update and remodel, some of the furniture, carpet, curtains, etc are older and worn out

Great location for our purposes. Quiet, clean and staff were very available and helpful. The breakfast was a little better than most motels - they did have fresh fruit which was nice.

Staff was great. Breakfast was decent. Didn’t experience any loud guests.

Pillows were not very comfortable. Bathroom was a little cramped. Carpet in elevator was stained (which seems to be common in hotels I’ve been in recently.)

Our room was extremely hot as the ac and fans were not on. It took over 5 hours for the rooms to cool to a decent temp.
